I ordered a rolex explorer ll watch from jerseyhollk.com it arrived 2 weeks after the original delivery date. After I received it by postal mail they watch i ordered didn't even appear to be what was originally ordered. I tried to return the watch and there so called customer service said no returns on this item. So all and all I got scammed out of 385 dollars. When I first ordered the watch jerseyhollk.com said free returns and refunds for 30 days. Buyers stay clear of jerseyhollk.com they certainly don't stand by what they advertise i can't believe the federal government has not stepped in to cancel their bogus website. I hope this message affiliates others before they decide to make purchasing from jerseyhollk.com

Absolute rip off site
Absolute rip off site. Crappy watch and crappier customer service. Would not honor 14-Day Return Guarantee for non functioning watch. Their email response says it all "We are very sorry that we cannot refund you in this case. Because it is a cheap item, the functions will not be complete." It is a CHEAP ITEM fro a CHEAP SITE. Do not buy from them.

Ordered and the tops arrived in about 2.5/3 weeks from order date. One top was the wrong size so tried contacting but nothing back as yet .*been over a week*

I thought this was a scam- but it’s not. I emailed to find out where my top was and had no reply, but it took just over 2 weeks to come. Happy with the product. Thank you!

It’s a scam
It’s a scam - why you are here checking. Didn’t get the top, said they sent the top and failed to provide tracking. Gave them 4 more days then asked my bank to reclaim money.
It’s a scam. None of the products are real.
