If I could I would give it a zero.. I ordered a shirt for my grandson's birthday. I ordered it 2 months before his birthday and still have not received it a month after or a refund. I have sent emails and have gotten no responses. They take your money and care less about your product or you.

Ordered a jersey over a month ago wish I didn’t ,it’s been stuck on we are prepping your order for over a month I have emailed 7 times once I got a reply saying they will check logistics no other communication now they are just point blank ignoring me. And have to wait another 2 weeks before I can apply for refund.absolute joke and scam !

Order since July 1st , didn’t even get into transit till the 17th and haven’t even been shipped to my house yet , it’s in the airport waiting to be boarded 4 days nowwwwww never again will I come back to order from this trash website

Ordered a custom jersey in March 2022. After multiple sketchy, short, text-style responses whenever I inquired about my order which turned out to be dead-ends, I have still not received my jersey.

Edit: After my last email and months after my order, I have received a refund. Editing out the “clear scam” in the previous title, I would still avoid ordering from here.

The dubious tracking link that they sent stopped at a delivery a month ago…with no further update.

Never received a tracking number on email. They sent one sketchy text, but I was scared to open the link because it looked like a scam. I’ve been charged before the item shipped and it’s been a month of me emailing customer service with no reply back. Haven’t even received the jersey.

I was buy a jerseyfrom here for my brother, he liked them so much me ordered the full sleeve for my brother as a Birthday presentation. Really unique gift for the man.

I get my jersey w. A slice through the number Simeon must hav used a razor to open the box. No biggie right? WRONG!!! I email them n tell them I leave explicit detail on the players name the team the color n size I leave mailing info basically all they had to do was say sorry n mail another. I get “which jersey”? Second email “which order” 3rd email after threatening to hit every social media n review site I get “do u want ur jersey replaced” just playing stupid. Anyone reading this save yourself the hassle. Anyone that alrdy ordered call your credit card company u will get a full refund. The audacity SMH

They decided to send me two tshirts, i only ordered one. They charged me twice. I only have one order. I want to return one, they have the cheek to ask for me to pay the return of an item I didnt request. Scam avoid!

I ordered the Might Ducks hockey Jersey Conway 96 and was very pleasantly surprised. Reading the bad reviews had me nervous as I had placed my order by then but I have nothing but good things to say. The detail is impeccable and no loose threads, no upside down emblems or writing. Delivery was less than 2 weeks too. I will definitely order again!

We ordered these tops online and when we received the confirmation email, the link to the tracking details did not work. We emailed JerseyOne a couple of times enquiring about the tracking details and no one responded to our query. I then checked out some reviews of JerseyOne only to find a trail of bad reviews regarding tracking details not working, customers not receiving their goods, totally incorrect sizing and poor imitation quality goods. I started to get concerned that this site was a scam.
One week later I decided to try to upload the tracking number into different international couriers’ tracking system, and Bam, I found our parcel. Sure enough, it had been shipped from China three days after we ordered it and was making its way to Australia via TNT. Although we had located our purchase, we then had quite a bit of trepidation over what the quality of the tops would be like.
Long story short, the package arrived within the estimated deliver time (and that’s despite strike action by TNT employees when our parcel reached Australia), the sizing was perfect, and the quality was just as expected. We couldn’t have been happier, and have no hesitation in ordering with JerseyOne in future.
I would however highly recommend that JerseyOne fix the issues with their link to the tracking details and provide better (or should I say some) customer service when customers send an email query. These things would have saved us a lot of unnecessary anxiety over a two week period.

Received the jersey with the name on upsidown!! I’ve emailed three times with no response! Don’t waste your money!!!!

A very clever website and has an amazing choice of items but the actual quality of the materials is poor. Poor stitching, some marks etc. I think it’s all made in China as my postage labels were from there. I sent some pictures to customer service who ignored the first email and then dismissed my second email saying: “There is no damage on this jersey, only some extra thread, just cut it off.” SMH.

Got stuck with a jersey that's not even close to fitting me, despite the fact that every other article of clothing in my closet is the same size. This happens often with Asian made products. The sizes don't match up to the corresponding American size. Oh well, no biggie right? Just do an exchange. Tough to do when every single piece of correspondence to them (five now) goes unaswered. Fly by night scam organization with zero customer service and even less ethical responsibility.

AVOID. this site is a scam. Just check out their “about us” section of the website. You will not receive your product or a refund.
