When I received my fabric it had a fault mark across the middle, but when I contacted Jerseytex I spoke to deep patel and they was really helpful and sent me another 5 meters free of charge. Very happy, definitely would recommend☺️

Samples took 10 days to arrive
Samples took 10 days to arrive, colours bore no resemblance to screen. I know that is difficult to do which is why I order samples for my customers. I Would expect them to come in three or four days.

Your order was placed on 6 November 2025 at 19:47 and dispatched the next day on 7 November at 15:10. We send all sample packs via Royal Mail Second Class, which normally takes 2–4 days. This information, along with the free shipping detail, is clearly mentioned on our website.
A 10-day delay is extremely unusual, and this is the first time we’ve seen such a long delivery time for samples. We completely understand how important accurate colours are, especially when ordering samples for your customers. Regarding this, we also include a colour disclaimer on our website, as screen colours can vary depending on device settings—which is exactly why samples are so helpful.
If you ever need guaranteed or faster delivery, we can arrange that for you just let us know, or select a paid shipping option at checkout.
We’re always here to help in any way we can, so please feel free to reach out if you’d like us to look into this further. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve.
