Easy to order and a very prompt reply when I had a question.

I would give ZERO or negative if it were possible.

The boots i ordered arrived late and bore little resemblance to the pictures on the website. They were not s standard uk/eu size, incredibly poorly made.

I tried to return them using their 30 day no quibble return policy but they then insisted on me either posting the item back TO CHINA at my own expense or accepting a paltry 20% refund and keeping the useless shoes.

These people are pure scam merchants.

Avoid at all costs

The website is really easy to navigate and Jesse London has a range of colours sizes and variations of all their products. The customer feedback is excellent, responses are almost immediate and very helpful. Will be ordering again very soon!!

An interesting choice of shoes and sandals in size 6.5 so many shoes go from 6 to 7 and don't fit me.

Beautiful dress

I’ve used this a lot already and it still looks almost new. Usually I notice small problems after a while, but this has been solid so far.

The sizing guide was actually helpful. Followed it and the fit came out right.
