I'm disappointed with this company. I bought a set of three pieces, two were good, the third was too small. I asked for help, they told me to send photos, etc., but nothing changed. I sent the package back to the address on the envelope, and nothing. The customer service is hopeless. Please provide good feedback before the goods reach the customer!

Do not buy anything from this company. I am appalled by the quality of the dress that I bought from them, and would give them a zero rating if I could. Having tried for months to return the dress for a refund, they continue to ignore my emails. Their customer service is a disgrace, and the material and craftsmanship (or lack thereof) of the dress that I purchased are a disgrace. Buy from them at your peril.

False Advertising! Pretend to be British but ship from abroad & demand US returns.
Do not buy from Jessica By Bee! They completely trick you into thinking you are supporting a local British business by plastering "York, England" all over their website, ads, and marketing materials.
First of all, it took a ridiculous 3 weeks to arrive. When the dress finally got here, it was completely substandard—cheap, poor quality fabric, terrible stitching, and looked nothing like the pictures advertised on their site.
The real scam started when I tried to arrange a return. Despite leading everyone to believe they are based in York, their customer service informed me that I would have to ship the item all the way back to America entirely out of my own pocket. The international shipping cost is almost as much as the dress itself, meaning you are essentially trapped into keeping their poorly made clothes.
Deceptive marketing at its finest. Devoid of transparency and absolutely awful quality. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give a zero rating; I would! I bought 3 dresses at the end of August 2026 and received them on September 15 2026 That same day I wrote to the store to confirm I had received them and to say I wanted to return one because it didn't fit. I sent the information they asked for and made clear that I simply wanted to exercise my right to return within the 30 days advertised on their website.

On September 27, they told me they had the information needed to resolve my case. I asked several times for written confirmation that my request was within the return period. On October 3, they replied with something unrelated to what I had asked, and after that I heard nothing more, despite a number of messages I continued sending asking for a reply.

On October 15, the very day the 30 days expired, they wrote to me early in the morning to apologize for the delay and to say they could not authorize the return because it was outside the 30-day window. The delay was theirs, but the harm was mine.

The website promotes returns within 30 days, but in my case I could not use them because of the lack of response. And it is equally important to mention they promise quality good, express delivery, good customer service, to take your money; but, all of that are lies. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAMERS!!!

I lost money, and energy; this experience has wasted a considerable amount of time, and has been extremely frustrating. I am sharing my experience so that other buyers can take it into account before purchasing.

Zero Stars!!!!!! If I could I would remove the star and add a lumpy log, Mushy blob! This website is misleading and deceptive. The images does not illustrate the product ordered. They are not honest. Do not buy because it is a huge SCAM!!! If you make the mistake like I did you will have to wait weeks before your order arrives. I needed it for a funerial and it did not arrive on time.

The garments are made from a thinner material, quality with stitching and cut are significantly lower in quality than what you see on the website. When you try it on, it looks nothing like the pictures. I'm convinced the images are AI generated because what I received is a stark contrast in comparison.

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS *this is a LIE*. I returned from the funerial, I had a item that could never use and I was still in the 30 day return window. The SCAM*Every return needs our written approval first. The scammers, refused my return request, and replied back with their demands instead. Far from Hassle-free.

SCAMMER TERMS: Return postage: at your own cost, to our returns center in the United States. I thought I was buying from the UK at a glance - YORK. Return conditions...with all tags - I can tell you what was not included there was no clothing labels to identify what company stitched the garments and certainly no care labels, and no price tags. Loose threads, small open seams, sizing and personal taste aren't faults (section 8).

All I have to say AVOID AVOID AVOID don't buy from them.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO RATING I WOULD! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, PROMISE QUALITY GOODS AND EXPRESS DELIVERY. IT IS ALL LIES! AFTER 3 WEEKS A SO-CALLED COAT ARRIVED IN A TINY PACKAGE. IT IS TERRIBLE QUALITY AND NOT FIT TO WEAR. I TRIED TO CANCEL MY ORDER WITHIN 48 HOURS BUT JESSICABYBEE MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. THEY SAID IT HAD BEEN DISPATCHED WHEN IT HAD NOT! STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS!

Honey is so good, flavours are amazing and the lemon/ginger is great for my throat. Have the honey in tea, coffee, on cereal, roasted veg and it yummy just on its own.
