Great speed limit candle, bought for my nephew's 40th birthday cake. It looked just as I'd hoped it would and arrived earlier than expected. No hesitation in recommending the item and the seller.

Thank you so much, we're so pleased that you liked your order. 🎉🤩`🥳
Excellent Customer Service
Parcel arrived a bit later but they were very nice about it. It was by no-means their fault but rather the courier. Excellent customer service! :D

Resposta da Jester's Party
Hi Chris, Thank you for your review, I'm so sorry that your order had not arrived and that you had a bad experience shopping with us. I have checked the tracking and it looks like there was a couple of days delay with our couriers but the package has now been successfully delivered (hopefully in time for your event!). If you choose to buy from us again then we do encourage customers to contact us with any issues with their order - there's normally something that we can do to solve the problem, or at least make sure that you have a positive experience shopping with us.
If you have any further questions or issues with your order then please do let us know.
Best wishes Debbie
Hurrah! First class customer service and product
First class customer service - just like the old days. No telephone menu, no waiting in queue and a REAL person answered the phone virtually on the first ring. I had ordered last minute and needed quick delivery. He knew exactly what my order was and had no need to pass me on to someone else. He was confident my order would arrive in time for my event and provided tracking number and it did! Also the mask was a great hit at the Steampunk family weekend in Towcester and was admired by everyone including strangers. Good quality and totally in tune with the theme. Thank you!
