my tint was under warranty and my back windows had bubbles. i went to the shop and ask to change my tint cause it had bubbles. my tint was 35% . I ask the guy if he can darken my tint to 25% since it was under warranty and they will change it anyway. he is charging me $100 just for the change. Crazy !! This was in SF Ca.

I literally went down near after driving 30 mins in Cali traffic just for no one to be there, so i called, and some dude had to call whoever that's entitled to Miramar San Diego store, just to informed me that they are closed today. Im super annoyed because I wasn't told for some reason? I came there 30th of August for my original appointment, just to have one dude working there, and he was saying that it will take me 4 hours for him to get to me because he's the only one there and he had 3 cars ahead of me. So he told me I could wait 4 hours or just reschedule for Tuesday. So obviously that's what I did. He said it'll be a whole team there and told me to make the first appointment so I won’t have to potentially wait again, but obviously that’s dude was just talking out of ass, so yea I'm pissed and it's clear this company just lack organization and efficiency.

If I could, I would give this business a -100 points. Avoid this business at all cost! Total SCAM.

First, it's a click bait. The claimed "$99 Tint - Five Window Special" is a total scam. Once you place order and try to book an appointment, the receptionist will tell you: "Five Window" do not include your front side windows. You have to purchase additional windows separately. Seriously, everyone thinks tinting their cars starting with front side windows.

Second, there is no way you can get your refund. Even if on the phone I asked the receptionist specifically not to book an appointment and cancel my order, they will still charge you. Just see the other reviewer's review. NO REFUND. The refund department will just play deaf and not refund you.

Just evils. Avoid them miles away.

Jet Black doesn't want to refund me for service I didn't get I was charged to much and refuse service. WHY IS IT DIFFICULT TO GET MY MOMEY BACK WHEN I DIDN'T COME IN FOR SERVICE. MY ankle gave me a answer that they can't dispute it from there end that Jet Black state to call them directly to refund me. I purchased on line May 2 no refund it now May 27. No refund from Jet Black they refused to give me a refund

Who thinks this is being overcharged for tinted windows.?

Jet Black robbed me for services I didn't get. Never brought in my SUV never made an appointment. Never got tint on the windows. I don't want to pay for service that is charging to much.
