JetIgniter is a rechargeable plasma lighter built to light reliably when ordinary lighters let you down. Instead of a gas flame, it uses two electric arcs that cross to form a focused plasma beam, so there’s no flame for the wind to blow out and no fuel to run dry. Its sealed, weather-resistant body is designed to work in wind, rain, snow, and cold, making JetIgniter a dependable choice for camping trips, fishing, boating, and outdoor cooking. At home, it lights candles, gas stoves, fireplaces, and charcoal grills, and it’s also suited to emergency flares and firework fuses. Compact and pocket-sized, it fits easily in a glove box, backpack, or emergency kit. Lighting up takes seconds: slide the safety lock open with your thumb, press the ignition button, and the dual-arc plasma fires up in under a second. The built-in safety lock helps prevent accidental ignition in your pocket or bag, and the casing stays cool to the touch even after extended use. JetIgniter charges by USB, so there’s no butane to refill and no more drawers full of disposable lighters. It’s built to handle drops, knocks, and hard daily use. As with any rechargeable device, keep it charged before heading out, especially in cold weather.

Refunded full amount due to Shipping

Well I was excited to purchase the lighter and I am used to warnings when trying the shipping address exclusions will stop the financial transaction. So it seemed that NZ was allowed when payment went thru. I waited for package and was optimistic that it will come but then I find out that I’ve been fully refunded the purchase price since NZ excluded. Date purchased till date refund just over a month.

False advertisement

This lighter is advertised as a rechargeable electric plasma lighter yet everything about that advertisement is false it is not rechargeable, it’s not electric nor is it plasma and when I tried to return it they fed me the line “well even if not what you wanted it is undoubtedly a good lighter” it doesn’t matter if it’s a good lighter I am not paying the money for a just a “good lighter” I wanted what was advertised and to top it off they didn’t want to take the return back, I am not happy at all far from it 0/10 rating this company is a lie and a scam

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! The lighter that they advertise is a rechargeable plasma torch, they sent a piece of trash, plastic, butane gas station torch worth MAYBE $3.00. Their “customer service” is just a bunch of emailed lies, dragging out the inevitable conclusion: realizing you’ve been had. Then, when you post an honest review of their product and service, they offer a 12.5% refund. Buuuuut, if you continue to be honest and tell them that they are liars and crooks, and that their website is a total manipulation, then they offer a 45% discount. So I only paid $35-$40 for trash. How satisfying!!!!

2Ordered 2 of these 19 days ago and I still have not received my order. Customer Support is supposedly working thi problem. Now I read all of these comments and am concerned that I got taken for $102 USD. How can a website function like this with no accountability?

6 Oct 2026 reply: Will the item be USB rechargeable as you advertise or a butane gas item? I've tried to cancel the order but all of a sudden it's being shipped and cancellation is not possible. Cancel my order please. I will only correspond in this forum from now on. Please cancel my order and refund the $102.76 US dollars.
6th October 2027 update as a 1027 a.m. Refund being processed at this time by my bank. When that clears I'll do a final update in this forum.

8 Oct 2026 Final Update:
Refund complete. Lesson to not shop off ads from any social media learned. This matter is now closed.

Buyer beware - not rechargeable!

Buyer beware! While website advertises the jet igniter is rechargeable via USB, it is not - gas refill only! Got replacement and was still gas refill. The reviews on the website are obviously fake. I have tried to leave reviews on their website to inform buyers but never gets posted.

I received my lighter within a week was…

I received my lighter within a week was great but unfortunately I ended up paying 80 dollars Australian for a butane bbq lighter!! Not the butane free rechargeable plasma torch that is advertised!! They need to be banned from illegal trading ASAP!!!!!

I ordered 2 usb powered jet igniters…

I ordered 2 usb powered jet igniters and received 2 “jet flame lighter no. k39” that are gas powered. I called the number on the card and am going to return them but I’m very unhappy I waited two weeks for a bait&switch. Avoid like the plague.

I had to use two different URL to…

I had to use two different URL to determine if this was the lighter I wanted. Also after placing my order, I was swamped with a bunch of ads wanting to sell other products.
