Friendly, helpful service and as someone who is not shy of pointing out bad service, I feel it only right to also speak up when you get excellent service. The dress I purchased was sent same day as I paid, and Helena put in a very thoughtful gift for first time purchasing. Not just great and friendly service but goes the extra mile as well.

Desperately needing a dress for Saturday, Helena exceeded expectations by making sure they arrived the following day. I ordered a few dresses from here for Xmas (parties etc) and had left it quite late before I found this fabulous selection on Helenas website. I was in need of a dress for Saturday and she went over and above to ensure that I had the dresses the next day. On top of that, they were delivered in beautiful packaging, and were exactly as I had expected - top quality garments. She has a customer for life - you dont get this quality much these days - highly recommend :)
