Amazing team great quality jewellery worth every penny got a necklace for my daughter she absolutely loves it my son got a belcher bracelet for my husbands birthday and he’s over the moon with it also got a gift for my son off chevonne as he was in hospital definitely recommend jewellery queen to anyone who’s looking for lovely and great quality jewellery

POLICE AND TRADING STANDARDS INVOLVED
Firstly police involved and trading standards. We paid for items online on the 28th December for items of jewellery. Messages to and fro between us. It is now the 18th January and still not received anything. They have blocked me now ,so who is the guilty party ?. Royal mail have never received the parcel from Jewellery Queen. That means they haven't sent it out. If you read reviews online its happened not just to us. All we wanted was our jewellery what we paid for. So people don't buy online you never get your items
