Affordable Quality
I have been shopping for diamond earrings for my grandson's, but was disappointed in the quality (lack of), for the supposed sale price. I would have to spend $1000 or greater for diamonds you could see , had sparkle, and didn't look cheap. I found beautiful sparkling diamonds for a fraction of the price. I will buy my jewelry from Jewelry Outlet from now on.

Unexpected dissatisfaction
The product I purchased was smaller than I expected.
The box it came was completely broken up. And the screw back was bent before I ever took them off the broken box it came in.
I am completely unsatisfied and do not understand how to send them back and get replacements.
