They insisted on crypto, saying it’s their 'new system.' I even drove out to the new address where they were supposed to be, and it’s literally an empty lot. When I tried calling, they hung up on me. I stood out there waiting for almost two hours and got zero response. Then I found out they’re just pretending to be part of a real company that they have zero connection to
They got paid for an order and never shipped it. The tracking number they gave us belonged to an unrelated shipment delivered three months earlier. The "carrier" they named runs on a website registered four days after payment, using the same phone number they gave as the courier. The warehouse address is an empty building — other buyers went there.
The same operators run several front sites — jfliquidationcenter.com, toolspallets.com and usgshipcenter.com are all connected (same live-chat account, same mail servers). They trade under the names of established companies, or set up lookalike ones, so a familiar name lowers your guard; the "shipping carrier" is their own front, not a real company. And they take payment only in cryptocurrency, so once you pay there is no card or bank to reverse it. Check any name they give you against the real business, and never pay a supplier in crypto.
Posting this to warn others.
Got a few pallets from them was a lil hesitant with their payment option ngl😂 but after going back and forth for few days they came through with delivery and quality of items were super
I appreciate it guys
Amazing customer service btw
