Zum zweiten Mal bei JFS in Izmir

Ich war mittlerweile zum zweiten Mal für meine Operationen bei JFS in Izmir. Dass ich mich ein zweites Mal für dieselbe Klinik und dasselbe Team entschieden habe, sagt eigentlich schon sehr viel über mein Vertrauen aus.

Meine Ansprechpartner sind Dr. Onur, Bilge und Kaan. Gerade bei größeren Operationen ist es mir wichtig, Fragen stellen zu können, ernst genommen zu werden und auch nach der Operation weiterhin jemanden an meiner Seite zu haben. Genau das schätze ich sehr.

Meine Eingriffe waren keine Kleinigkeiten und natürlich gehört auch eine Heilungsphase dazu, in der man Geduld braucht und nicht jeder Tag gleich ist. Trotzdem habe ich mich auch bei meinem zweiten Aufenthalt in Izmir wieder gut aufgehoben und begleitet gefühlt.

Besonders wichtig ist mir die ehrliche Kommunikation. Ich kann meine Wünsche offen ansprechen und bekomme gleichzeitig eine ehrliche Einschätzung, was möglich und sinnvoll ist. Auch nach meiner Rückreise habe ich weiterhin Ansprechpartner für meine Fragen.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Dr. Onur, Bilge und Kaan und natürlich an alle, die mich bei JFS in Izmir während meines Aufenthalts begleitet haben.

Für mich war es auch beim zweiten Mal wieder die richtige Entscheidung. ❤️

I first carried out some research using ChatGBT on 5 clinics. This enabled me to ask the right questions, and he drew up a top three list in which JFS came out on top. I then got in touch and was sent a questionnaire. Everything was taken very seriously right from the start, and all my questions were answered clearly by Ebru. As my skin tends to develop hypertrophic scar tissue quickly, I was quite concerned about the procedure. After asking several questions, providing photos of a previous operation and following a consultation between Ebru and the surgeon, I was reassured that they take this very seriously and give careful consideration to which suture material to use. From the very start, Ebru remained closely involved and we looked forward to the day together. On arrival, everything had been arranged from A to Z. Clear instructions about taxis, the hotel and hospital appointments. This put my mind at ease enormously. All I had to do was turn up! A really lovely feeling! What I also think is really good is that they even recommend bringing a partner, friend or family member with you. They look after them just as well as they look after me! My partner came with me to the hospital and never left my side, except during the operation. Even three meals a day at the hospital were arranged for both of us.
Ebru and Kaan, who were there a lot, helped us with everything and also acted as interpreters. A huge thank you for that! I’m absolutely delighted with the result, even though I’m still recovering (I only had the operation two weeks ago - tummytuck & lipo 360°).

After weeks and weeks of research, I finally found JFS Clinic just on the off chance whilst scrolling down TikTok. I found their website, which was so informative. Not like other clinics' websites I'd been on.
I spoke to a lovely lady called Ebru. She made me feel comfortable, answered all my silly questions and something in me told me to book this clinic.
2 weeks ago I had my surgery. I had liposuction in my arms and belly, an arm lift, an FDL tummy tuck, mons lift and a breast lift with implants.
The surgeon did such an amazing job on my body. There was so much loose skin and he worked wonders transforming my body into something I want to look at now.
My friends and family are so impressed, I'm so impressed. I'll be booking again to get a back lift in the near future x

One thing I especially appreciated was the honesty and transparency. There were absolutely no hidden charges—everything was explained upfront, and the entire process was exactly as promised. That gave me great peace of mind.

Ich bin allein für eine Bauchdeckenstraffung zur JFS-Klinik nach Izmir gereist. Da ich ohne Begleitperson unterwegs war, wurde mir im Vorfeld eine gute Betreuung zugesichert. Leider wurden diese Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.
Bereits bei der Abholung vom Flughafen gab es Probleme. Im Krankenhaus musste ich lange warten, und eine ausführliche Aufklärung über die Operation sowie ein richtiges Anästhesiegespräch haben mir gefehlt. Nach der Operation wurde kaum nach meinem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Auch im Hotel hat sich niemand nach mir erkundigt. Selbst bei der Einnahme meiner Medikamente musste ich mehrfach nachfragen, wie und wann ich diese einnehmen soll.
Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass die deutschsprachige Kundenbetreuerin sich den Fuß verletzt hatte und deshalb nicht mobil war. Dafür habe ich selbstverständlich Verständnis. Dennoch wäre es möglich gewesen, sich zumindest per WhatsApp oder telefonisch nach meinem Befinden zu erkundigen. Zusätzlich war ein englischsprachiger Kundenbetreuer vor Ort, der sich ebenfalls zu keinem Zeitpunkt nach mir erkundigt hat.
Ein großes Lob möchte ich der Krankenschwester aussprechen, die sich nach der Operation sehr fürsorglich um mich gekümmert hat.
Mit der Arbeit des Arztes bin ich zufrieden, medizinisch habe ich nichts zu beanstanden. Die Kundenbetreuung war jedoch enttäuschend und entsprach nicht den Versprechungen im Vorfeld. Gerade als allein reisende Patientin hätte ich mir deutlich mehr Unterstützung gewünscht. Aus diesem Grund würde ich mich für zukünftige Eingriffe nicht erneut für die JFS-Klinik entscheiden. Insgesamt habe ich mich während meines Aufenthalts leider oft auf mich allein gestellt gefühlt.

I had a fantastic surgeon & all the staff & the communication was amazing from start to finish, I was really looked after.everything was explained to me in great detail, I even had a FaceTime from my surgeon before I went out their to discus any changes I needed.i went along with the surgeons advice on the size of my implants & I feel fantastic already.everyone was so helpful answering and questions I had.once I came home everybody told me how straight my scars were & they were the best they have ever seen! I arrived on 20 May 2026 with my husband for my op (Tummy Tuck and Arm Lift) on 21 May. Prior to this all my discussions were with Nur who gave me all the information and advice I needed. She was more than helpful. On arrival we went straight to the hotel from the airport. I was picked up the following morning and we were taken to the hospital. I had all my tests and operation in the morning and stayed for 2 nights. The care was top class and all staff were so friendly. On leaving the the hospital we were taken back to the hotel. I saw the surgeon twice again before coming home. All during this time we were looked after by Kaan, who I can only describe as an angel, nothing was too much trouble for him. The hotel was small but very comfortable. I would recommend this company 100%. ❤️

From start to finish JFS Clinic was amazing. Ebru & Kaan provided me with any information i needed whilst at the clinic & before I flew to Izmir. Dr. Onur was so lovely & im delighted with my results so far. They have stayed in touch since flying home checking in. The hospital was so nice & the staff all spoke great English. The care provided was second to none! I would highly recommend JFS Clinic... Ill definitely be back :)

My sister reached out to Nur about going to the clinic, from start to finish she was so informative ,sensitive and caring especially to me as I was so nervous. She explained everything and kept checking in with me reassuring me etc. When we arrived we meet with Kaan at the airport and he was so amazing and caring and informative to us he stayed with us from the time we got here and through our stay in the hospital and our journey to the hotel etc
Dr Onur was amazing the same so informative caring and sensitive and listened to exactly what our expectations were and fulfilled them in every way I am so happy with the results and would recommend the clinic 100 %

I reached out to a lovely lady called Nur in February i had done a lot of research on the procedure I wanted .I contacted a lot of clinics .but from the first text I sent Nur she was amazing she put me at ease .she answered all my concerns very easy to talk to .we face timed we rang each other no question went unanswered. I would 💯 recommend JFS clinic. Our assistant in the hospital kaan was also amazing 👏 he put me at ease when I was in the hospital which was an amazing hospital..my doctor Onur has changed my life he is a miracle worker with his magic hands .

As the husband, I accompanied him to the surgery. As a partner, I was also well taken care ov by Kaan and Nuur. Everything was thought of: transportation, a place to sleep, even meals in the hospital. My wife, who underwent surgery by dr. Nur was also treated exceptionally well. In my opinion, this clinic is highly recommended: personal, expert, and professional.

I come from Holland, my whole mommy make over has been so great regarding services like first contact, price information, pick up from one to other places(airport&hotel). Operation was successful, full treatment and caring at the hospital, really less pain til the last day. Controls also great. Full caring. Thank you so much, iam glad that i have found this clinic. Well what can I say?!
I researched breast implants surgery and tummy tucks in Turkey and came across JFS Clinic. From the moment I messaged for a quote, Nur had all the answers and always replied so rapidly. They were not the cheapest quote I had however, any concerns I had were raised with the surgeon Dr Onur and my mind was put at ease. I was reassured my health was priority and this meant that I wasn’t able to have the tummy tuck at the same time. This was the point I knew these were who I wanted to go with as health took importance over money.
I stayed at the atlas oteli where the receptionist Merve was very friendly and helpful along with the house keeping lady Gonul being so generous with her care, making sure I was comfortable and had everything needed to recover well.
I was picked up on the day of surgery at 6.15am and was in theatre by 9am, out by 1pm.
Dr Onur visited both consecutive days before 9am and I was seen in his clinic every other day for check ups.
The hospital is very clean, the male nurse Ali and female nurse Lina were outstanding with their care.
The clinic is very stylish, very beautiful and very clean also.
Kaan was also very good, translating everything aswell as transporting back and forth to appointments and getting medication from pharmacies.
A special thanks to Nur for absolutely everything, you’re a very special, very caring lady and I can’t thank you enough for always being on the other end of the phone even after returning to the UK.
All in all a fantastic experience, if you are looking to get any surgery done in Turkey, I highly recommend JFS ❤️

My wife had surgery there. The quality of service and professionalism of the doctors was excellent. My wife and I were very happy with all from start to finish. We would also like to thank Nur and Kaan they were fantastic with us all the way through this journey.

We came here from Australia for my friend’s operation. The JFS team was very attentive from beginning to end, and I would like to thank them very much. Dr Onur - what can I say, I have desperately trying to find a way to express my gratitude but words don’t seem enough. From the first time I met you, I felt relaxed, you have a way about you, a quiet professional confidence which is not unfounded.

The hospital was amazing, all the nursing staff so kind. Room spotless.
I’m not going to say there has been no pain, but there has been minimal. It’s just been uncomfortable.
I look at myself now and think 🤮 I am a coward where it comes to medical stuff and scars, BUT my body is so much better than it was and I have every confidence that it will be the best it can be.

Ich war mit der Klinik sehr zufrieden. Der Arzt war sehr kompetent und weiss was er macht. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte eine Bein und Bauch Straffung.
Nur die Lage von dem hotel war nichts für mich. Sehr laut und viel Verkehr. Aber das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich
