Absolutely brilliant. James responded quickly to my enquiry and promptly provided me with a detailed quote for replacing a leaking hot water cylinder. Work undertaken without delay and completed to an excellent standard.

Quote was for 3 day and we were advised that we maybe with out heat one night. James and his colleague Tim arrived at 9 on the first day and because of the cold weather worked late to ensure the heating was on they came back the next day and continued with the work ensure everything was lagged and tiding up as they went along.
