The Perfect Idea
Such a wonderful idea! The crate comes well stocked with multiple tonic waters to mix with the gin of your choice, with extras of the recommended tonic water with the gin. Additionally, the crate is just aesthetically pleasing to look at - a wooden frame, a beautiful bottle of gin, and delicious tonic water bottles nuzzled together. We got our delivery quickly, and it was handed off appropriately. We truly love this idea and plan on getting more! This is an excellent small business to support during these times. I could not recommend this enough!

The orders for our crates was INSANE and we sold out of all of them in literally a week and a bit after launch. So you are one of the lucky ones to have been one of our first customers!
We're now packaging the exact same products into our branded Jim and Tonic boxes and dropping these around London Zones 1-3.

Saw an Instagram ad while scrolling late at night - bought an “emergency” quarantine box which contains a bottle of gin and 15 tonics. Went for the Mediterranean gin which is delicious. Best part was delivery was in less than 12 hours - amazing service from a small business.

The delivery was amazingly fast
The delivery was amazingly fast - I ordered at 11pm in the evening and the package arrived in the morning. Payment with Apple Pay was super easy.
There was also a nice message from the company where they offered me and +1 a drink at their bar when it re-opens.
The reason why I'm giving it 4* is because I would like to see a more diverse selection of tonics.

Hi Ina,
Thanks for your feedback. We have checked the order and can see we included a mix of tonics from brands such as Double Dutch, Fever Tree, Lamb & Watt and Franklin's.
It's true there are so many tonic flavours and varieties out there. We always make sure we include the tonic that makes up our suggested perfect serve and then add a few different ones to help you experiment and who know's maybe find your own perfect serve!
We're always experimenting ourselves with new tonic and garnish combinations for our gins so we'll be refreshing and tweaking our G&T Survival packs over time :)

Outstanding service, thank you.
Made my order with Jim and Tonic around 5 pm Wednesday evening and it turned up just after 1 pm on Thursday. We ordered the roobee rhubarb gin with the assorted tonic (Self Isolation emergency G&T pack) tried it last night and were very impressed. The gin is lovely and the variety of tonics lets us try different combinations.
The service of Jim & Tonic was faultless, the man delivering was super polite. The transaction felt personal and professional and the whole experience cheered us up in a tough time.
I've recommended Jim & Tonic to all my colleagues and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
