Nefasto servicio de cambios y devoluciones en compras online. Es totalmente inusual, no dan ningún tipo de facilidad (ni lo puedes hacer en tienda, ni se encargan del transporte del cambio de talla ni nada); cae íntegramente sobre el comprador (tanto la gestión como el coste), con un producto nada barato y del que se esperaría un mejor servicio de postventa. Hace casi 2 semanas que envié el paquete para un cambio de talla y me dicen que no lo tienen. Me he quedado sin los calcetines y sin el dinero.

Mucho ojito con las devoluciones a esta empresa. La hice a través de Correos y no quisieron recoger el paquete ni ahora ir a por él a la oficina de San Fernando de Henares. Eso es una estafa.

Sadly the products look great but the customer service is the worst I have received. I returned a product, sent it back from the UK to Spain with tracked delivery, as instructed and they refused to accept it. They’ve said that the issue is with the courier and are refusing to progress my complaint. I am incredibly upset and will not use or recommend this company again.

Really disapointed by the quality. It's my third order/or gift I'm receiving. Each time a different kind of socks in term of design or fabric. And I have to say I'm particularly disapointed of the quality regarding the price. Usually I'm ok to pay more for fair and sustainable product. But theses sock are the worst I have in my landry: all the model I have wear out very quickly and are only suitable for occasional use.. This last order is my last one, doesn't worth it anymore I will give a chance to other brand now.

Great socks, i was worried after purchase due to the negative reviews but i was surprised with the speedy delivery bearing in mind these come from aboard and didn't have any other problems.

Honestly would give 0 stars if I could - took over a month to get the package and tracking was useless. Never updated, no communication, reached out a handful of times with ZERO response before finally just opening a case with my credit card. Absolutely do not purchase from this company. Their company is a joke.

When my parcel didn't arrive by the latest date I'd been told, I thought I'd do some research and that's when I found all of the negative reviews about deliveries never arriving etc. Fair to say, I thought this was going to be the case for me. The tracking link I received was pretty useless to be honest, so I sent an email to Jimmy Lion's customer service team (never getting a response). However, a week after placing my order, I was pleasantly surprised to have my parcel turn up. The packaging was a little worse for wear but the product undamaged and I'm happy with the socks themselves. Even so, I probably won't order again from this company because of very poor communication. I genuinely didn't expect to get my parcel!

Mi mujer es fan de la marca. Siempre le estoy comprando packs de calcetines y algunas veces me compro alguno para mí también.
De momento ningún problema.

Ho ordinato un paio di calze che dovevano arrivarmi intorno al 19 dicembre. Non mi sono mai arrivate perché l'indirizzo non è stato trovato e il mio ordine è stato spedito in magazzino. Ho chiesto dove fosse per ritirarlo e ho ricevuto una risposta dopo 10 giorni, mentre ero via. Ho risposto prontamente ma il servizio clienti è totalmente scomparso. Mi hanno fatto un rimborso, ma ho comunque pagato le spese di spedizione e non ho mai ricevuto nessun prodotto. Ancora adesso sto aspettando che mi rispondano. Il servizio clienti via e-mail è pessimo, non hanno un numero da contattare. E vorrei sapere se anche la qualità dei loro prodotti è deludente.

Ordine effettuato il 15/12/22, ricevuta mail con tacking 2 giorni dopo ma il mio pacco non risulta preso in carico dal corriere. Praticamente impossibile contattare il servizio clienti. È passato un mese ormai, io non ho ricevuto un dei regali che speravo di consegnare a Natale e leggendo le altre recensioni non riceverò nemmeno un rimborso essendo passato il tempo limite.

Socken sind beidseits an der Hacke und am großen Zeh beim ersten Tragen kaputt gegangen. Ich bestellte im Wert von über 50€. Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht auf meine Mails. Absolut keine Kulanz, keine Ersatzleistung, nichts. Einfach schlecht! Nie wieder!

Shocking customer service, non existent package not delivered before Christmas despite ordering early December and absolutely no way to follow this up? i don't understand how this company is still running? ?I have contacted customer services but yet to receive any response... brilliant!

I gave Jimmy lion 1 star as I couldn't give them 0. I ordereded from the UK website and as the socks "got lost" I then tried from the European web so they could be in Spain on time for Christmas. MISTAKE. After 10 days I'm still waiting for them, the tracking shows that there are incidents and couldn't be delivered although at the suppose arrival time there was someone at home and then when trying to contact the customer service nobody replies. Awful awful customer service . I should have read the reviews before deciding to buy online.

Don’t buy from Jimmy Lion. They take your money and the goods don’t arrive. Avoid at all costs!
