Do not use. They are liars and incompetent!

My laptop was only charging intermittently. They put in a new jack , sent it back and it was worse than I 1st sent it. It was sent back and they requested a bitlocker number, which I don't have and cant get { apparently this is a security number to access the hard drive}. They were told that it was not possible to access this. At one point the said they needed my password to check if it was charging. Given they only needed to see if the light was on on the side where the power cable goes in I'm not sure why they tried to say something so obviously and clearly untrue { I can make a pretty good guess!!}. They then advised that they could proceed but that it would wipe all the info from my comp, so I advised to not do that. Anyway , they said the charging issue was fixed { another lie, it's still worse than when I first sent it in} and I have a screen that I cant get out of asking for a code I cant get. Now I have a computer that I can't use at all, not even one that's working and needed to be set up.

I had my stencilled driveway painted by…

I had my stencilled driveway painted by Jims.

Driveway painted with non slip added to prevent slip and falls due to my disability by Jims Window & pressure clean on 10/10/24. The paintwork deteriorated &was coming away, unsightly after 5 months. the person from Jims who did the job, was contacted 29/4/25 & he came onsite. Stated needs guerny but did not offer to do. Stated was mould, did chlorine spot test to no effect. Stated should last 12-18 months & if I wanted a better job, I should of paid more. No outcome- he left.

Complaint lodged with Jims call centre 6/5/25- who passed complaint to manager who called me & stated no warranty on invoice, job correct, Manufacturer issue. Complained again 27/5/25 who passed on to CEO- Jim, his email to me 4 minutes later, advising I chose paint, job done a year ago, take it up with manufacturer. Several emails sent to the CEO who never replied. I only chose the colour, not the paint.

Final complaint lodged 25/6/25 requesting all transcripts of conversations, never received.Email sent to Jims Admin by myself, urgently requesting transcripts, to- date not received. Also I requested to forward our conversation to the CEO, that I would take the matter further. To-date CEO has not contacted me.

Contacted Dulux who stated product has not failed, if preparation was done according to there technical specification sheet. Complaint also lodged with Dulux.

Complaint lodged with Fair Trading on 1/7/25 and to-dated they have not received a reply or any communication from Jims.

By ignoring the complaint, is how Jims guarantee there customer satisfaction. rather than finding a solution, Jims disregarded me completely. They did not care.

SHAME ON THEM!

VICTIMISATION

I have complained once to Jim's as one of their contractors caused damage to my property while using the ride-on mower and since then Jim's have been VICTIMISING me as he refused to provide any other services needed unrelated to mowing. Once they take my name and number over the phone they say we cannot help you. Recently I called them for window cleaning and once they asked for my name and telephone number the operator said we don't have anyone in your area and when I called again with a different name and number they had one straight away. SHAME ON YOU JIM-DISCUSTING COMPANY-NO WONDER YOU HAVE A LOW RATING

My experience with Jims Lux Ellipse has…

My experience with Jims Lux Ellipse has been a complete scam. The gym operates on a business model designed to make money off people who sign up but never use the facilities. The gym is constantly overcrowded, especially at lunch and after 6 PM, making it impossible to actually exercise. On top of that, I was charged for a drinks package I never used – another way they exploit their customers by adding fraudulent charges.

It’s clear that Jims profits from people like me who sign up, pay for months, and never use the gym. Once I realized I wasn’t using the services, I tried to cancel, but their contract is structured to make it incredibly difficult to stop paying.

In addition to this, Jims has illegally charged me for services I never used, including the drinks package, which I had no interest in and never agreed to. This practice is a direct violation of Article L.121-1 of the Luxembourg Consumer Code, which prohibits misleading and aggressive commercial practices. Charging for unused services is fraudulent and a clear violation of consumer rights.

Furthermore, they have shared my personal information with Creditreform, a fraudulent and intimidating extrajudicial debt collection agency, who then tried to force me to pay for a debt that doesn't exist. This breaches Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which ensures that my personal data cannot be shared without my consent.

Avoid Jims at all costs – they are nothing but con artists exploiting customers through fraudulent charges and scammy business practices. I will be filing complaints to the highest authorities to have them shut down for these unlawful practices.

STAY THE F AWAY

Regrettably, I've encountered severe management issues with Rocky and witnessed a lack of effective leadership from Jim himself at Jim's [Fencing/Mowing] Divisions. It seems that Jim's outdated approach is hindering progress, and the associated fees for Fencing and Mowing services do not align with the value provided. I believe it's time for a change in mindset and a commitment to improvement. In an effort to shed light on these concerns, I'll be releasing a series of YouTube videos to inform others about the reality, potentially saving them significant expenses that could be better invested elsewhere.
