We used JJ Removals & Storage for our house move on Friday 18th September, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Our move came together with a very quick turnaround, and from the very beginning Andreea was fantastic. She was professional, incredibly quick to respond, helpful throughout and just really easy to deal with. The price was extremely competitive, and having experienced the level of service they provided, I genuinely would have happily paid more.

On moving day, Ionut, Catalin and Hagi were absolutely brilliant. They organised everything, moved countless heavy boxes, bags and furniture without any fuss, and worked incredibly hard throughout the day. They were polite, respectful and professional from start to finish, and nothing was ever a problem.

Moving house can be a stressful experience, but the whole team made the day run smoothly and took a huge amount of the pressure away from us.

Outstanding service, great value and a fantastic team. I wouldn’t hesitate to use JJ Removals & Storage again and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a move.

An amazing removal team that went above and beyond. They packed and loaded over 20 boxes, 5 suitcases, and several large items—including a desk, armchair, sofa bed, bike, and my mobility scooter—in just 40 minutes, and unloaded everything at the new property just as fast. Nothing was damaged, and their honesty and efficiency were impressive throughout. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!

The team that arrived were fantastic! Our house was packed up within an hour and 45 mins. We had a large American fridge in a small cottage which required more work than initially thought. They had to remove our front door however had it back on in minute.

When we arrived at our new home they unpacked everything so swiftly. Double checked where we wanted things and went above and beyond.

What a fantastic couple of guys! They were absolutely amazing from start to finish — so friendly, respectful, kind and genuinely lovely people. They took such good care of all our belongings and made what could have been a really stressful moving day feel so easy.

I booked this removal service to move my daughter's belongings today (5 August) from her old fully-furnished flat to her new house in the same town. This is the first time in my life that I haven't carried out a move myself. It was revelatory. We did the packing but they moved everything in two hours from one place to the other. There was a lot of furniture, a piano and 40 boxes of books. Plus 80 other boxes, numerous pictures and mirrors (one was a huge canvas), a large sofa and an antique hardwood trunk owned by my grandfather which weighed a ton. The team were ultra efficient. Nothing was broken. Everything was treated with respect. I think of all the years I have moved mine and my kids possessions up and down stairs, using various vehicles, many over hundreds of miles requiring multiple trips. It was exhausting. Never again - professionals every time. I recommend this firm. Everything from the initial booking through communications to exécution was perfect. Many thanks to the team.

These guys are absolutely amazing. To begin with one of their staff called in sick at the last moment and the boss had to step in, he apologised for being late but we all know in life unexpected events happen. They did exactly what we wanted, would recommend 100%.

Bogdan and his team were fantastic on the day. They handled everything professionally and made the whole move completely hassle-free. Super friendly and really helpful throughout. They quickly disassembled, moved, and reassembled all our items. Would definitely recommend!!!

They took great care of my belongings and were very organised when unloading, making sure everything was placed in the right rooms. Moving is such a stressful time, but this team really made everything so much easier. They were incredibly diligent and caring, carefully dismantling furniture and wrapping items that could break or get marked.
The team are kind, lovely, and genuinely take care of everything. This is the second time we’ve used them, and once again they were extremely knowledgeable, advising us on the amount of storage space we needed and how many vans would be required for the move.
Everything was packed and secured so well in the vans, and on the other side they even helped reassemble beds and cupboards, which made a huge difference. Highly recommend!
