We recently had underfloor heating installed by JK Flooring, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly easy and professional to deal with. They took the time to address all our concerns and clearly explained how the system works, which really put us at ease.

We did have a few hiccups with scheduling due to delays from other vendors, and had to reschedule multiple times. Neil was extremely understanding and accommodating throughout, and I genuinely appreciate his patience and flexibility during the whole process.

As for the actual work—honestly, it was impressive. The way the grooves were set and the pipes were laid had a level of precision that almost felt artistic. It’s rare to see that kind of attention to detail combined with such high professionalism.

Once the job was completed, they left everything spotless. There was no mess, very little to no dust, and it made things so much easier for us to settle back in.

Overall, they did an excellent job, and I can’t recommend JK Flooring highly enough.

It was nice to work with JK flooring. They were professional in the work and answering any questions you have. Did the job in half day for a 6 loop house.

Seamless experience from start to finish. Professional employees, efficient process, and pretty much no dust as advertised. Appreciated their flexibility as well, and very happy with the outcome of the project.

Was surprised that they do not connect their UFH system to your heating system but it wasn't a problem to have a plumber complete this work. Would be 5 stars if this was a part of their package, even at extra cost, so that the job is truly complete when they pack up.

Despite this, still highly recommend JK for installing a wet UFH system without raising the height of the floor!

I took on a big project to install underfloor heating in my second-hand apartment, and it was quite a challenge. However,Ashley and JK Floor team made the entire process incredibly easy with their excellent support, expert recommendations, and seamless installation.

We’re beyond happy with the results and grateful to have worked with such a professional team. The job was originally planned for three days, but they completed it in just two without compromising on quality.

Fantastic communication and they delivered the service I wanted. Very efficient and the system is very neat and looks like it will last the timespan of those buildings based on simplicity and piping construction. Bonus points, when they say grinding is dustless, they aren’t lying! I wasn’t expecting this process to be so quick and actually make such little mess. It’s louder than god though but thanks all patrons of ear drums and good hearing it takes only a few hours for the machine to grind the channels needed. Do not make make my mistake and attempt to work at home through this, you will want to make that trip to the office on that day for once. Overall, I am delighted . My eardrums survived, I got exactly what I was hoping for and the technicians were polite and pleasant to deal with and delivered brilliant work and the pricing is competitive for the longevity, speed of installation and cost of long term heating vs electric

A very professional Co to deal with. Especially Niall and his site crew. Managed a date change , did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. All to a very high standard. Well trained to work in occupied homes.
Would highly recommend for retro-fitting underfloor heating.

Very professional installation by Team Ronny fitting underfloor heating to the ground floor of my 1982 house. Arrived at 7.30am and finished by 3.30pm so all done in one day. Heat pump now connected so I'm well set for a low carbon winter! Just be sure you ask about how to arrange disposal of the bags of water with concrete dust.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Job was carried out on date required even though the guys were due to be on holidays.
The work area was left spotlessly clean on completion of works and commissioning document were received before the guys had left site.
Highly cost effective.
