Purchased a mattress. Madisyn was of great help in selecting the right mattress. Very knowledgeable.

I provided several more yards of fabric that was necessary for the swivel rocker I ordered July 3, 2019 (16 yds total). Anitta Martin told me she verified with the furniture manufacture that the yards of fabric not necessary for the construction of the rocker would be returned with the delivery of the rocker. Anitta contacted me in Early October when the store received delivery of my chair and I asked her if the additional fabric was returned at which time she said she would check. I emailed Anitta on October 28 to inquire about the extra fabric. In her email reply to me she said she had forgotten about my inquiry concerning the fabric but, she would email the customer service rep at the manufacture who assured the remaining fabric would be returned. Unfortunately, the fabric wasn't returned. I'm very disappointed the fabric wasn't returned. I had plans on using it for other projects. I think that if Anitta had verified that the fabric was missing upon delivery of the rocker to the store or followed up with the manufacture prior to shipment there may have been enough time to ensure the fabric's return.

I had a wonderful experience at J&K furnishings. From the time we entered the building the two people in the front of the building in furniture were very nice and helpful. We were there for mattresses and I can’t say enough about Brent he isn’t pushy, he answered every question and is very knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to make sure your happy with your purchase. I learned a lot from him. We had gone to 3 other mattress stores and I would have never guessed we would purchase from a furniture store over a mattress store. You receive better service and quality. Go see Brent at Murrells Inlet.

I have had numerous problems with my selection of furniture made by Bassett. J&K has and continues to be working with Bassett and is resolving the issue.

J&K are wonderful to work with. They were so helpful when I was ordering some new mattresses for my rental unit in North Myrtle Beach while I live in Fl. They made the process of ordering and installing so easy and they even took out all the old mattresses. I would highly recommend J&K Furnishings!

I love all the furniture we ordered which included a king bedroom set a, a 72” round dining set, a picture and bar stools. We love everything we ordered for our new home. Very good service and delivered perfectly. The furniture is not cheap but well worth the price to be able to get exactly what you want

Great customer service wish the side table I’ve seen in your commercials would’ve been suggested!

I thought the design help I got was great, however, I ordered this furniture in August with a delivery date of January and my bedroom set was not ready. I was only in town a short time and my design consultant knew my time constraints. She did offer to personally see that my furniture was delivered to my home while I was not there but nothing else for the huge inconvenience. I spent over $20,000.00 on this furniture. The furniture I did have delivered was beautiful and the delivery men very professional. I am hoping the bedroom furniture will eventually get there.
