Great service and delivery
Although I was unable to use the checkout on the website due to the current issues there, I emailed on the address provided and received a response very quickly. I sent a screen shot of my basket and received an invoice by return and was able to place the order. This all happened within an hour. The items were sent the same day and arrived the following day, very well and securely packaged as always. Great service all round.

Good customer service
I ordered two nail varnishes which didn’t turn out like I hoped. The colours were totally different to what I was expecting. I emailed them and said they will refund on return. So great customer service. I dropped a star for the nail varnishes
