I ordered a set of 3 things from the sale. I was contacted that 1 thing was out of stock, they offered a new size and said it’d be sent. Days later I hadn’t had a dispatch email so I contacted them, then the leggings were out of stock, I tried to change it for something else but then decided to just take a refund and ordered elsewhere. I loved the feel of the brand but for the price I paid (despite it being in the sale) I would’ve expected better or at least to have been met halfway on the same product in a different colour.

100% would buy from JLuxe again. The quality is superb and the delivery time could not be faulted. I love the design which flatters and supports in all the right places.

Ordered but never received my goods. No communication despite numerous emails from me. Will never order from them again. Trying to ask for a refund but no reply. Bad experience!

I had a really frustrating experience with JLuxe. The top I ordered took six weeks to arrive even though the website stated it would take four. When it finally did, the design didn’t work as shown. The drawstring detail didn’t allow me to adjust the length as advertised. I tried it on once and returned it straight away.

The return process was confusing and delayed. Their system showed the parcel as still in transit, and I had to email to get it manually processed. This made it feel like I was being discouraged from returning the item. When they received it, I was told a refund wouldn’t be issued due to surface fibres on the fabric. The item was black so naturally it picked up fibres, but I hadn’t worn it out and had sent it back in good faith.

The tone of the communication also felt inappropriate. Emails opened with Hey lovely and ended with kisses even while refusing a refund. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional especially in the context of a complaint.

Overall I wouldn’t order from JLuxe again. The product didn’t match the promise, the return experience was poor, and I felt let down as a customer.

Super helpful customer service. Had some issues with Royal Mail but picked up with J.LUXE.FIT and they picked it up with Royal Mail and the t-shirt got delivered 2 days later! Great quality product! Will definitely be repurchasing.

Super fast delivery and the softest comfiest leggings I’ve used in a long time. Not only that, but they’re completely squat proof! Will 100% be buying more from J-Luxe!

I'm still waiting on my purchase to be delivered and have had no communication from j.luxe.fit at all to explain or advise of any delay!

Returned 2 sports bras and was told i wasn’t able to have a refund due to some very small deodorant marks that I hadn’t noticed when packaging them up. When I queried this, I was told items should be tried on fresh out of the shower and they would need to be sent back to me. Funnily enough, an influencer who received some items (for free no doubt) commented in one of their posts recently that they had got deodorant on their sports bra too when trying it on. Seems I’m not the only one and it’s a very poor excuse for not providing a refund!

Great products, great service, quick delivery

I ordered the dress, skort, sports bra and t-shirt. I am delighted with everything. The feel and quality of the material is really nice. The sizing is good and the clothes are really flattering. I'm pretty sure the dress and skort are going to help me improve my tennis skills 🤣

Fantastic quality items, created with all shapes and sizes are the core. The items are super soft and buttery. All items are well priced, especially considering the quality. I have purchased so many items including leggings, tops, socks, sports bras etc.

I have not had to return any items so can’t comment on the returns process.

Haven’t had my order

Ordered a few things from here. And they always come quickly. And they're the best leggings I've ever bought. Worth paying a bit more for as I'm plus size and don't even know I'm wearing them. So buttery and comfy. Great quality and would definitely recommend.

The leggings,sports bra and jacket I bought are amazing. They fit great and are such luxurious material. They don’t roll down and are perfectly squat proof.
I loved them so much I convinced my friend to buy the same items. Absolutely fantastic gym wear.

Good quality material and well made, but disappointed the fit isn't right. It digs into and rubs my armpits even when just trying it on, so I haven't worn past that. Looked at returning the item but I would be charged to do so meaning I'd be better off selling privately as a new with labels item. Wouldn't buy anything else from here again.

J Luxe make it so easy to order their items & it comes really quickly too. Often before 3 days & definitely well before 5!

Shipping and shopping experience was great. Items - bra review - sides appear to cover more than actually do and the elastic underneath could be tighter. Also the padding is small for large busted women. Legging review. Love the feel of the material. However the waist keeps rolling, fits every where else. Hoping if I loose a few pounds that maybe it won’t roll and I am going to try tightening elastic on bra. Was hopeful but not sure at this time.
