unfreundlicher Kontakt, Schickt falsche Ware, danach diskutiert er. Nachdem ich die richtige Ware habe, dann einfach mit falscher Schlauchfarbe (ohne Info vorher) und auch die Kühlernetze gehen nicht bis zur Kante. Man hat wohl schnell schnell gemacht ohne auf die Qaulität zu achten.

Lieber Benjamin Forderer, Wir haben beim ersten Mal versehentlich den falschen ZX10-R-Kühler geschickt und uns entschuldigt. Verzeihung. Danach mussten wir ohne Vorankündigung Ihrerseits 2 Wochen auf den Kühler warten, bevor Sie ihn zurückschickten. Der Kühler wurde im Rahmen einer Bestellung eines anderen Kunden getauscht, der ebenfalls einen Zx10-Kühler bestellt hatte. Ich habe dreimal angeboten, den Kühler zurückzugeben, und wir würden Ihnen eine 100-prozentige Rückerstattung gewähren. Nein, Sie wollten den Kühler behalten, obwohl Sie denken, dass er nicht sauber verarbeitet ist. Du bist der Erste, aber okay! Sie wollten einen EINMALIGEN Rabatt! Das schreiben Sie nicht in Ihre Nachricht. Damit sind wir nicht einverstanden. Wir werden Ihnen das schwarze Silikonschlauchset wie bereits mit Ihnen vereinbart noch diese oder nächste Woche zusenden. Ich habe ursprünglich aus Versehen blaue Schläuche verschickt und wir versenden kostenlos neue schwarze Silikonschläuche. Die blauen Schläuche können Sie behalten. Dies wurde auch mit Ihnen besprochen. Wir wünschen Ihnen viele coole Tage auf der Rennstrecke mit Ihrem ZX10-R 2004 JMRaceradiator. Have fun!

Do not use this business.
Do not use this business.. they are unprofessional and dishonor agreement once going up and back to resolve their issue.
I did pay the second time as friend if you remember properly and same issues and was out of pocket with the PayPal fees that you did nothing about. Disgusting and very unprofessional.

Hi Romeo, Good to hear from you and I can understand you are frustrated. You did not read FAQ (in menu) and not accept the terms and conditions. Next time read. You can only pay with paypal as a frend when you are outside EU. All compagny pay with PAYPAL or IBAN but you emailed me not to take the risk. Thats your choice. And fair. But please do not order from us. Makes live a lot easier. Have a nice day.
