I have to say that India always goes that extra mile. I had a complicated mortgage and a lease renewal which involved at least 4 solicitors. India dealt with all of them and made sure that they weren't slacking and she managed to complete within a very short time frame. This is not the the first mortgage I've had through India and Funda and I'm even more impressed this time round. Fantastic job ladies.

The interest rate dropped twice between offer and completion. they locked me in on the lower offer both times. I cannot recommend this team enough.
