Terrible Customer Service

I placed the order 3/15. I emailed customer service the same day within 2 hours requesting a cancellation. Customer service wrote back 3/16 and said they would try to intercept it.

I received notification that the order was shipped 3/23. And it seems it was shipped 3/17 2 days after I reached out and 1 day after customer service said they would intercept it.

It was shipped and I was billed $500 - and when it arrived I didn’t even open the package and returned it immediately.

They refuse to extend a refund. Only credit I will never use.

It just seems like poor customer service to not make an exception given the timing of the request.

Terrible Customer service
I ordered a pair of there Flame Jeans for my son. Well over 200 dollars I was expecting quality Unfortunately This particular pair features a flame color way on them. After just a couple of washes these jeans have developed holes where the flames are. JNCO says this is normal. They aren't marketed as distressed. Holes in jeans after just a few washes is not normal.

My wife ordered a pair of jeans for an…

My wife ordered a pair of jeans for an anniversary gift, I got the jeans in, had them for 2 weeks and wore them 3 times. The last time I wore them I sat down on my couch and the jeans tore where the rear pocket is sewed onto the base of the Jean causing a weak spot in the denim. I’ve contacted JNCO’s customer service and they have been insanely slow to even respond (one email per week if I’m lucky), with so far no remedy to the situation. Today is January 26th, 2026, I initially started email conversation with them on December 31st, 2025. I’ve received a total of 2 emails from them. When you’re spending a large price on what is suppose to be a pair of “premium” jeans you would think the company selling them would stand behind their craftsmanship and correct wrongs.

Horrible experience - DO NOT buy from JNCO

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Do not buy from here, unless you're absolutely certain you got the exact pair of jeans that you want.

I ordered two pairs of (very expensive) jeans from JNCO, but when they arrived they were waaay longer than the advertised 30" I had ordered. Upon trying to return the order and exchange for a different size, I was told by the customer service in a very short message, that I unfortunately would have to ship my return all the way to the their US adress without any assistance, due to the fact that they themselves cannot create a return label for me. When researching the return rates for the package size they sent me, it would come out to more than 100$ just to return it to them. When asking for assistance through their customer service once again, I was kindly told the following: "We appreciate your feedback, and it will be passed on to the team! Unfortunately, if you're looking to return the order/exchange the order. You'd need to ship the order manually. Additionally, keep in mind that we do not issue refunds."

What an absolute joke. The least I expect when ordering such expensive jeans is the possibility to exchange them for another pair relatively hassle-free. I would definitely not recommend buying from JNCO. What a dissapointment. I am now left with two extemely big pair of pants that has cost me more than 250$. Get your act together.
