Great service. Even when royal mail did not put a card through to say i had missed the delivery. With one email letting them know i did not recieve it, they hunted the parcel down and told me where it was. You can not ask for better service.

Made a large yarn order only last night and it arrived this morning. Absolutely fantastic service. I recently found JOAL crafts after becoming disillusioned with my current yarn supplier due to them constantly going out of stock and not being able to finish projects. The old company also took a while to deliver, but JOAL crafts prove it literally CAN be done overnight, and this is to Scotland! I am so happy to have found JOAL crafts. Well done on a great service. Good companies do still exist, and people vote with their feet. This will now be my go-to yarn supplier. The reviews speak for themselves guys!

Hi Louise, thank you for this amazing 5 star review. It is great to read that your order arrived quickly, as a business we pride ourselves on our fast order pick, pack, and dispatch. We try to have weekly deliveries from everyone's favourite yarn manufacturers so should the worst case ever happen and we are out of stock of an item on joalcrafts.co.uk there should not be to long to wait before it is back in stock again. Thank you so much for your kind words regarding our service, thank you for your order and we hope you enjoy your purchases.

Hi Barbara, thank you for this review.
Firstly I would like to apologise for the delay of you receiving your delivery. Your order was dispatched the same day you placed your order with ourselves, however, due to strike action by of some Royal Mail's employees there was a delay with some orders reaching our customers.
Once again I apologise for any inconvenience the delay in you receiving your order has caused, if you have any further questions regarding this order or any future orders please email our customer support team at customersupport@joalrafts.co.uk
Many thanks
