Hi Shamsu, thank you for this lovely 5 star review. Thank you for your kind words and for your order, we hope you enjoy your purchases.
Shop elsewhere…
Poor instructions, even worse quality needles, broke within first 24 hours of use, and thread was simply dreadful. Was way over priced too, so won’t be buying from here again! I’ve got years of sewing experience including embroidery, hand stitching, cross stitch etc. So know what I’m talking about!

Hi Victoria, we are very sorry to read this review for one of the felting kits that we stock.
The kit that you have purchased is usually of a very good quality, containing the best materials such as DMC thread and this kit is usually considered very good value for money at just £14.99. This kit is stocked by many UK retailers so we will pass your comments onto our supplier encase there has been a manufacturing issue.
Having looked through our customer service system it appears that you have not made any contact with us regarding these issues, so therefore we have not had the chance to rectify any issues raised or offer you a refund. Our customer service email is customersupport@joalcrafts.co.uk, we feel that because you have not made any contact with us your review is a little harsh especially being titled 'Shop elsewhere'.
Many thanks
Alex
