Fabulous shoes

The soles break into pieces
27.10.26 Thank you for your prompt and genuinely interested response to my review. I am delighted with your offer to replace the shoes.
22.10.26 I have bought several pairs of moccasins via House of Bruar and the soles of all are literally breaking up. I had the toe of one pair repaired so I didn’t trip up but it was a waste of money as the rest of the sole then gradually broke into pieces. The material is simply useless while the leather tops remain in great condition. I am having to throw away shoes which should last a good while. I know they are not expensive but I expected more service from them. House of Bruar dismissed my report so as manufacturers I thought I may receive a better response. I’m happy to send photos.

Sadly the item was too big
Sadly the item was too big, had to be returned. My only problem with buying on line is that it is quite expensive to return. Went along to my shopping centre and bought boots from a shop, tried on made sure of the fit, no problem.

I cannot believe they have the cheek to charge £4.95 postage for delivery and then make you pay for the return.
The postage was more than the sandals cost.
I won't buy from them again.
