Landed a great new job
I worked with Coach Christine Allen this summer, as I found myself at a crossroads in my career. She asked great questions and assigned exercises that really got me thinking about what I want to do next. Her insights gave me the confidence to apply for a job that I previously thought was out of my reach, and the networking strategies she shared enabled me to find a contact at the company. Outstanding job coach for career pivots
I began working with Julie Williams in March 2025 as I transitioned from nearly 20 years in federal service to the private sector. From day one, she was the right fit. Julie answered every question, brought structure to my job research, worked with me (Marlo did too) to update my resume, and ran focused interview prep. We met every other week for five months, which kept me accountable, and she was flexible shifting sessions when interviews popped up so I could be ready.
Her market insight is spot-on. More than once, the exact questions we practiced showed up word-for-word in my interviews, and the advice she gave me echoed what hiring managers said. When I received an offer, she guided me through the counteroffer process and helped me secure stronger terms.

In Christine, I feel secure that I have a partner who can help me gain clarity - the most important step in moving forward to create a work-life that I love. I really enjoy the collaborative nature of the sessions. My coach is Christine Allen. She presents new and relevant ideas for consideration and incorporation into my job search, helping improve both my resume and my LinkedIn profile. The job search framework she introduced really helped me focus on desired employers, versus a more ad hoc effort of submitting applications.

Detailed and worth it!
A bit time consuming, but worth it. I'm currently looking to make a career change and I thought these questions definitely got me thinking deeper. Since I'm looking to make such a radical change, I appreciated the in depth questions. It even gave me mock examples of jobs I aligned with to gauge my interest level and match me up accordingly. I fully plan on using them for career coaching, as well. 5-stars, would 100% recommend.

Waste of time
Waste of time. I spent of bunch of time completing the survey for a FREE report. However, after completing, they ask for payment to see the report. I checked the page and there is not button or option for the free version. A scam and waste of time.
