Just a great production

Fell apart worn once

Order was made on 8/4. I emailed the company on 8/18, as there were no status updates on tracking. (Point of order, the email listed on the website, hello@… did not work). Upon finding a working email I received back a response on 8/18 saying an email had been sent out on 8/5 about an item being backordered. I checked all folders and had received no such email. The same email also stated that the back ordered item was expected that same day or the following (8/18, 19) and that it would then ship out to me. There has still been no updates on the tracking information received. The morning of 8/22 I replied back to this email asking for additional updates as nothing had changed. As of today, 8/25 when I received a trustpilot link to leave a review, I have received no response or tracking updates. If I do not receive some sort of additional information soon I will be forced to file a charge dispute.

Great experience with Jockbox, and Sukrew is a great brand, pricing and delivery were as expected. Product was in perfect shape and worth the money.

Very long delivery due to product being delivered from the US (which wasn't mentioned when I subscribed)
I then cancelled my membership.

Bought product on December 3, it’s now January 7 and still not received. Currently trying to get a refund, will update this with how easy that process is once compete.
Update: refund was very simple and extremely fast!

I’ve ordered a couple of times from them. Order process was fine. However when you have an issue they simply ignore your emails. I have been trying to get a response from them for over a week now regarding a return and it’s just a wall of silence. Appalling customer service. Will probably have to raise a case via PayPal to at least get a response.
