Excellent and efficient service - highly recommend
Joe was extremely helpful in completing a specialist RICS valuation for the redemption of our Help to Buy loan on a building with ongoing cladding remediation issues. His technical expertise and knowledge of the area were pivotal in ensuring that our valuation was accepted by the Homes and Community Agency and he was always on hand to respond to queries raised by the HCA’s specialist valuation team. We are very happy with the quality of service received and would highly recommend Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors to anyone requiring a specialist valuation for their property.

Very friendly and professional service throughout. The survey was carried out in around 20 minutes, with photographs taken and explanations given about how the valuation is assessed.
