The Dirt Flipper's 5-day challenge provided a tremendous amount of information about the benefits of land flipping, but what was even more evident was the genuine caring demonstrated by Joe and Gavin, who were the presenters of the challenge. What is offered in their program is unsurpassed by anything offered by other real estate organizations. Five days of high value education.

I just need more info for making offers. I dont think thats best laid out in the challenge.

With the dirt flippers week long free program, Joe McCall does a fantastic job introducing how to make a land investing business something that can be achieved by anyone willing to put in the work required. The daily homework helps you get out of your comfort zone to do new things, but it also helps you believe you could make the program work.

Joe gives outstanding valuable content during this program and casts vision to be more an do more. I found this OUTSTANDING and purchased the mentorship program due to my belief in Joe and the value provided.

Joe is the real deal. He and Gavin are genuine and provide straightforward, simple information about how to do this business.

Joe and Gavin are so down-to-earth. And have integrity. I appreciate that very much about them. Generosity is also a huge bonus! I look forward to working with them! Joe and Gavin are a great team and explained in detail the steps to Dirt Flip. Even though some of it was fast, as they are younger than I am, they gave examples and scenarios to help people see themselves doing the business. The encouragement given was powerful, and I enjoyed learning the how of the business. The partnership offer was generous as well, you can do it if you take massive action!

The 5-day challenge gave me a lot of information on flipping land and the homework really for us to take action on a lot of the steps involved. It’s also great to see all the other people in the Facebook group putting in the work, asking questions, and helping others out. I feel more confident in getting into land flipping and hopefully taking action on deals soon.

The Dirt Flippers Challenge covered LOTs of information for people investigating land investing/flipping. The entire experience was spread over a week (2 hrs/day) so as to not overwhelm participants. Each day built on the prior day, with the main topic per day being easy to follow. Each day also had homework, enabling us to get hands-on experience with that day's concept. The training was led by Joe and his partner Gavin. I upgraded to VIP so I could attend the Q&A sessions after the general session. The session, and all the bonus takeaways really opened my eyes to how doable this is, and the reality of most people being able to flip land.

WOW! The training in this program is absolutely AMAZING! If you're on the fence, jump down and get this program! They provide the most training and tools I've ever seen! They honestly set you up for success!

I needed more information, and more free stuff would have been nice.

I like how we had to do homework after each challenge. It was fun learning but actually doing the work was the key take away for me. It made me take action and not have the fear of analysis parralisist.

I haven’t joined yet but it has been very informational . Lots of take away and value. For sure

Joe makes things very easy to follow, providing all the knowledge and resources needed to take action and make deals. He lays it all out for you and all you have to do is follow the plan. No room for excuses, just action. Highly recommend his Dirt Flippers program and the Flip Dirt Challenge!

I learned quite a bit through the class and decided to jump on board and start flipping land. 🤩

I have been through several expensive programs. They were good, but Joe's program is exceptional. I wanted a Group to go through this together - They have it! I wanted to focus on land because I was already stung on two houses, yup check! I wanted tools to automate the business so it can be scaled - Yes! Great ones. I wanted support for my first few sales. Yes - Lots of it in many forms. I wanted to partner with people so I didn't have to use my own money! Someone to screen my deals so I avoid further catastrophies, I wanted a daily plan to keep the activity going. Yes , Yes and Yes!
I have learned so much already. I am syched! Thank you Joe and Thank you support team!

Thank you to Joe and his team. I’ve been part of many projects before that didn’t turn into much and I take responsibility for that too.
What stood out here is the genuine support and the more personal, intimate community. You can tell they truly want to help people grow.
If you’re thinking of joining, just remember you get out what you put in. If you only pour half a cup, don’t expect a full glass.
