I would leave negative stars if possible. This is absolutely the most poor business I have ever seen. The customer service is poor, the shipping is poor. I had a delivery shipped in July 3rd, and did not get any sort of response back to resolve the issue until July 7th. You can not call anyone to speak with a representative over the phone, I asked for 4 days to have someone call me and I was told there isn’t anyone to talk to, it is all done through email. Once you send an email you can’t get anyone to respond because it is an AI chat bot. They have Donna down as order issues, it takes her 4 days to respond back. She passed me on to Tim who was absolutely no help either. I was told that the hat I am missing would be reprocessed and I still have no shipping information or clue as to when my hat will be here. I have now lost a first time customer over this because I couldn’t give him an answer as to where the hat is. I highly recommend using sanmar or S&S for your orders. The pricing is better if you set up an account with S&S and sanamr, plus the customer service with sanmar and S&S is phenomenal. Joes USA advertised fast 3 day shipping as well. I placed my order on the 27th of June and recieved it on July 3rd, a bit more than 3 days. All of this could have been resolved if there was someone to talk to, but they are only interested in the sell and after that you are on your own. It’s really strange to me that there isn’t anyone to talk with, but when we wanted to set up an account Matt Nelson was very responsive and reached out to me by phone that day. So to set up an account or to try and order something you can talk to someone, but if you have an order issue they conveniently do not have anyone you can speak with. This company is absolutely piss poor and will never get any business from us again. I would highly suggest anyone looking to place an order with joes USA rethink it and find someone else to order through.
