I would leave negative stars if…

I would leave negative stars if possible. This is absolutely the most poor business I have ever seen. The customer service is poor, the shipping is poor. I had a delivery shipped in July 3rd, and did not get any sort of response back to resolve the issue until July 7th. You can not call anyone to speak with a representative over the phone, I asked for 4 days to have someone call me and I was told there isn’t anyone to talk to, it is all done through email. Once you send an email you can’t get anyone to respond because it is an AI chat bot. They have Donna down as order issues, it takes her 4 days to respond back. She passed me on to Tim who was absolutely no help either. I was told that the hat I am missing would be reprocessed and I still have no shipping information or clue as to when my hat will be here. I have now lost a first time customer over this because I couldn’t give him an answer as to where the hat is. I highly recommend using sanmar or S&S for your orders. The pricing is better if you set up an account with S&S and sanamr, plus the customer service with sanmar and S&S is phenomenal. Joes USA advertised fast 3 day shipping as well. I placed my order on the 27th of June and recieved it on July 3rd, a bit more than 3 days. All of this could have been resolved if there was someone to talk to, but they are only interested in the sell and after that you are on your own. It’s really strange to me that there isn’t anyone to talk with, but when we wanted to set up an account Matt Nelson was very responsive and reached out to me by phone that day. So to set up an account or to try and order something you can talk to someone, but if you have an order issue they conveniently do not have anyone you can speak with. This company is absolutely piss poor and will never get any business from us again. I would highly suggest anyone looking to place an order with joes USA rethink it and find someone else to order through.

Poor inventory control led to unfulfilled order.

I ordered hockey jerseys. I needed XL and the website said they had 5 left. I ordered 2. The next day, I got an email, “Sorry, but we don’t have any of what you ordered “. They took my money though. How do you take an order for merchandise that you don’t have? This is poor inventory management, and the customer suffers for it. I would never recommend this company.

They sent the wrong size on 10 T-shirts…

They sent the wrong size on 10 T-shirts I ordered, then told me there would be a 25% restocking fee to return them in addition to charging me to ship them again and pay to return them. I was enticed by the low prices and learned the hard way. I'm donating these to Goodwill and will AVOID them like the plague in the future.,

Joe’s USA refund process is terrible

Joe’s USA refund process is terrible. I paid $25.94 in good faith for a pair of baseball pants. I received them and they were shorter than described on their website. They could not be used so I returned them. Not only did I have to pay to return the merchandise out of my own pocket (other companies typically send pre paid return labels), but then they deducted a restocking fee (for what?) and also deducted their shipping charge ($4.95) from my refund. This sounds like a sham way to make money on the backs of their customers who return items and request a refund. The pants were returned unused and in the original packaging. I basically lost money by doing business with them and yet they are in possession of the pants and can resell again at full price. I will not do business with this company again due to the poor way they handle refunds. Terrible way to treat customers.

Order is being shipped to the wrong…

Order is being shipped to the wrong address, I realized this when I got my confirmation email and immediately notified them, less than 2 minutes after I placed my order simply asking if we can change the shipping address. They said no it’s too late. What a bunch of clowns

Not worth it

I ordered a button up shirt from this site. Shipping was a little slow and the shirt did not fit. I had to pay return shipping and they charged a 25% restocking fee which left me with a $3 refund from a $24 shirt. I am not happy and will not order from this site again.

Nice prices

This is a review of the Joe's USA clothing wholesale website. It's kind of odd there are barely any reviews for them online, considering they're a decently sized company.

Anyways I ordered two "IND50TEE" shirts from them as an end-consumer, because their price was the best I could find for that specific item. Both items arrived as described and relatively quickly through USPS. I do not have any experience ordering wholesale or bulk from them. The shirts are nice.
