I purchased a mask and it wasn’t the one I actually wanted, tried to return it and they never got back to me. I purchased the one I actually wanted and was very pleased. I can’t take away from the quality of the work, but customer service is lacking.

I bought the mk. 5 v2 iron man helmet, and it was quite literally a fulfilled childhood fantasy of mine. It is everything I had hoped it would be, and on top of making an awesome product, the shipping process did not take as long as I expected it to.

The product is super amazing! Somehow beat my already high expectations, my only issue was that when the helmet arrived one of the pieces had slipped out of position and was causing the helmet to not close or open properly. Luckily I was able to spot the issue and fix it myself but to someone less tech savvy it would be a big letdown to have it be flawed like that.

Service was great. Received an email from the business shortly after prompting me to ask any questions I had about my service and were quick to respond (within a day).

Great customer service. Fast shipping. The product is amazing. I wish it was just a little bigger, as it barely fits on my head. But it's so cool, I'll live with it hitting my nose when the mask closes. lol

I ordered the bumblebee mask and it doesnt work other than the lights flashing. We have changed the batterries restarted it over and over again, Sent in videos as requested to show that it doesnt work and I still cant get a refund and a retun label sent to me.

On time delivery of purchased product. Good condition.

My son got the iron man helmet for Christmas. He was thrilled and loves it so much! It works perfectly.

I didn’t get the item I ordered. Have informed and they said they would resolve but a month later and no contact and still am not being sent the right item. No stand provided with helmet but paid extra. Also voice control doesn’t appear to work.

Attention photos non contractuelles, bottes batman en cuir achetées 100 euros, j'ai reçu une paire de qualité médiocre en simili cuir de basse qualité ne ressemblant pas aux photos. Litige Paypal pour être remboursé, à fuir !!!

The mask doesn’t shut right when closing down. It also doesn’t respond to the voice commands half of the time have to repeat Jarvis multiple times before it responds. Reaching out to company.

Great product, but the customer service response to my issue made me feel like they don't care. Felt like just another number.
