Just received mine and the voice command does not work at all, there is no sound other than the mechanical opening and shutting. The remote is very finicky on if it works or not. And the finish on the helmet is poorly done, there are speckles of condensed color in areas like it's just globs of paint which causes the finish to be raised. There are also scuff marks, dents, and the box clearly had been opened before and the mask clearly used before. Gave this for a gift but was so embarrassed when they took it out to try and use it and it wouldn't work and it looked beat up.... so I took it back and I'm requesting a refund.

So excited with what we got! Very glad that they were upfront about shipping times so got it when we expected it.

I made my order. And within a week I got a notification it was shipped out! I was pleasantly surprised. But then I found out it was shipped to the wrong address. So that address got the package within a week and a half and then they asked that dude to ship it to me. But because of all this extra crap UPS has delayed my package for three weeks now.

This whole issue could’ve been avoided if the correct address was placed on the box in the first place.

I have no review based on the product itself because I DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT. The UPS gods have taketh away

It's 100% worth it!! Took a week to get here and love wearing it very since! Can't wait to purchase more mask from them!

In regards to Bumblebee suit; the product is amazing looking, it’s obvious a great amount of effort, time and pride is put into their work. The durability of the suit seems sufficient, don’t be discouraged if you have to hot glue small pieces back on to the suit over time, it’s normal wear/usage. Plan accordingly if you’re planning to have the suit for an event date, the shipping will take 24-30 days(clearing customs, travel time etc..) it’s a large item and comes in 4-5 separate packages from China… overall, my experience was positive, they were responsive, transparent about all things. I will likely purchase more items from this company in the future.

Paid $300 for a Spider-Man mask with mechanical eyes. Received it broken; one of the eyes is not closing or moving at all. I was sent a video by one of the support employees, on how to fix it. But I think I might have made it worse at this point. Expected more from a company with such high-quality products, and for the amount I paid. Maybe send me a paid shipping label so I can send it back while they send me a proper, functioning replacement in the meantime?

I ordered this on July 12, and it wasn't shipped until two weeks later. Now I have to wait 4-5 weeks from when it's shipped to get here because someone didn't do their job?

After a two month wait due to American customs my order was shipped pretty quickly after inspection.Came in perfect condition, would definitely order from them again!

The customer service is fantastic. There was a damage in the Mark V helmet order which i had placed. But the service team was very helpful enough to replace the damaged part and guided well to make sure the product is working in full condition.
However, there were small dents on the helmet and that was little disappointing as the service team said it’s how the plate it; which shouldn’t be the case I believe.

Overall, great experience and fantastic products.

Great product. Some of the build quality could be a little bit tighter / more robust, but incredible value and by far the best product in its cost range.

I chose the batman suit and the photos on the web are very different from what they gave me, I had to order the suit from another company, because what they sent me is S H I T!!!!!
