This should 0 rating! I ordered 4 items 3/13/26; received 3 items; the 4th item, white shoes still not received as of 5/11/26—and no reply to my various emails for status. Then, I placed another order on 3/16/26; have not received as of 5/11/26; have sent several emails, with no reply! I will contact my bank! This company should not be allowed to sell within the USA!

I never received my merchandise! I sent several emails. They would send a standard email, saying that customer service would respond. No replies from them. Then I asked for a refund, no reply. I had to get my bank involved

Very disappointed!!!!

The products are okay but I ordered the wrong size and they didn't came back to me regarding further instructions of my retoure.
I've been asking several times for help but they didn't. So,no chance for me to sort things out and to get my money back.
I am very disappointed....

Don't do it

Ordered 2 items on April 5,2026..no confirmation/ no items were ever delivered as of April 27th, no confirmation email about my order was ever sent, when I contacted " customer service" via email, got the same automated message Everytime about my order, BUT they took my money immediately! Had to file a claim with my bank in order to get a refund...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM..they deserve 0 stars

Fake company with fake products

Fake company with fake products. Bought a crocodile bag on 9th April. I paid for expedited delivery. I received my order number, but that was the last communication from them. No updates. No responses to email or DMs on Insta. Save your money and go to trusted stores on etsy instead.

Ordered an item on April 1st

Ordered an item on April 1st, money taken out immediately. I contacted their customer email already 5 times & an automated email was send out every time that they were exploring what the problem was. Never received an answer nor the item . Would absolutely not recommend.

Ordered an item

Ordered an item, money taken out immediately; weeks of waiting. When I contacted their customer email I got (repeatedly) an automated email that they were exploring what the problem was. Never have received the item or an explanation. Would absolutely not recommend. Can’t speak to the quality of their items seeing I never have received what I paid for

Ordered a month ago, never received

I've seen Johanna Pearl's clothing advertised on Instagram. I ordered their Alibi Cami one month ago in the hopes of getting my order for a trip in May.

The first red flag was that I didn't receive a tracking number after a week of ordering. I received an order number right away and was charged for the order.

I emailed customer service asking for any update on my order. They responded promptly, informing me that there was a delay in production, but my order should ship within 7 days.

I waited before emailing again, but all I got was an automated reply:

"Thank you for reaching out. We have received your message and are working on a resolution.

We have your order reference XXXXX on file and are looking into this now.

We will follow up with you shortly.

Johanna Pearl Customer Care"

I waited another few days and reached out again when I never received my order or shipment numbers or updates.

I've tried to email the support team again on multiple occasions but have only received the automated reply in response since.

I tried to use the tracking order feature on the Johanna Pearl website, but the order status is stuck at "ordered" and "these items have not yet shipped."

I am frustrated, but mostly disappointed with my experience. I was really looking forward to this garment, but I've accepted that I probably will never receive it and will not get a refund since the time has passed.

I think I got SCAMMED

I think I got SCAMMED! I placed an order on March 20, 2026 and still have not received what I ordered or even a tracking number. They immediately took my money. I’ve reached out to them via email and Instagram with no response.

I placed an order on March 24th and to this day it still is processing with no actual updates. My card was charged immediately, but I have received zero updates on my order.

I have reached out multiple times via email and have received the same generated response that they will "get back to me shortly." This has taken 6 emails so far and no one ever responds back. There is no phone number to reach out, no real livechat to communicate with (which on their website it says there is), and at this point I don't even know if they have a real customer service in general.

What they do is take your money and then disappear behind general replies. Completely unacceptable!

The lack of communication and inability to respond shows that this is a scam, especially since they took my money right away and will not update me about my order no matter how many times I ask.

I have given this company multiple times to respond and they chose not to. If you want to lose money and then be told 20 million times that "someone will get back to you shortly," then this is the perfect online store for you!

Made my order at march 28/2026 . Still not received anything . When i am asking by email when my order will be send, i receive automatic message. No actually answer! Samthing tels me they fraud! And we just lost our money!
