Straight to the point honest

I began my journey with John Foy & Associates over a year ago. It has not been the experience that I expected. I am currently working with Attorney Jennifer Moore … I say currently because I worked with two other attorneys before Attorney Jennifer. I’ll let your imagination do the talking. Third time’s a charm and it most certainly was with Attorney Jennifer Moore. She is everything that I expect from an attorney. I cannot overstate her level of professionalism. She approached my case with a sense of integrity, determination, and assertiveness. Attorney Jennifer was patient, caring, and respectful. She did not hesitate to keep me informed on the status of my case and always returned my calls.
She understood the urgency of my case and worked to get me an excellent settlement. In fact, she more than doubled the original settlement that I was offered. In my opinion, Attorney Jennifer is a S-hero … not because of the money although it counts but because she truly cares and that means everything to me. From me to Attorney Jennifer with much love and respect .. thank you, thank you, thank you.

I was hit by a drunk driver on my birthday and went through two other law firms that seemed to not really care about my case. I found this firm and Soniya and Brent, have been nothing but amazing to me. I will forever be loyal to this firm. They are simply amazing.

It was very long drawn out my lawyers kept switching but Micheal was great in the end also they forgot about my case for months untill I called and I got assigned different lawyers 2 twice with no notice until I got Micheal .

Professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. John Foy & Associates fought for.me and won more.money than I ever could have expected. I'm so pleased that I decided to be represented by such a fantastic team.

The experience was great because I was given explanation for everything that was taking place and received prompt response when I would reach out with and question.

My attorney Deidra was amazing but when it got time to pay out - my insurance got a big portion because I had to have foot surgery for broken screws in my foot but I got around $33,000. but John Foy got around $50,000. I'm the one that went threw all the pain and suffering but John Foy took more money than they gave me. Wow is all I can say. I would not recommend John Foy because they are more concerned about getting the most money they can and the client gets what's left over!! I had an accident about 6 years ago and the attorney I used said that he would not take more money than the client. I wished I had used him again and not John Foy!!!

After demanding a change in appointed council this nasty woman Laura Maki called me to scream about how correcting someone’s speaking was racist, and I was in fact a racist. Wow John. What a bunch of clowns you have in your circus. Embarrassing, and negligent.

John Foy is a joke. If ratings were butt
holes he would be a 5. John foy threatened me. They called me after i got thru with my physical therpy for my neck pains and headaches. They told me IF I DIDN'T TAKE THE OFFER THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DROP ME AND WHEN I GET ANOTHER LAWYER THEY GOING TO BILL THEM. I asked what about my the therpy. In a cold hearted voice she stated; we are ready recieved an offer. An offer i denied because of still having neck pains. John Foy is trash especially with that sorry ass Linda Allen. You get her run for your life. She's a piece a garbage

I wish there was a way I could give 0 stars. This law firm is complete joke in every aspect you could imagine. They only put time and effort in their sales team and marketing.

I switched to these con artists from Morgan & Morgan after my car accident after a savvy and persuasive sales pitch about what they offer that was different. After being assigned to an attorney they stopped responding to any and all messages after just 2 weeks. After emailing John Foy himself about the horrible service I was getting after 2 months of that nonsense an attorney that works for him finally wrote a brief email saying that they had been newly assigned to my case. Once again - never heard from this person again for multiple months.

Finally after 6 months of this complete wack job and being contacted 2 times total I get a letter in the mail stating they are dropping my case because they don't see the value. No email, no phone, just a letter in the mail. Now I've wasted 6 months of my time on these disgraceful people and have absolutely nothing to show for it.

I warn all of you to stay far away from this firm and go through the real reviews here on Google. I'm not the first person (I should have read more reviews myself !) and I'm going to etch this review in stone across every platform I can think for the next few years so no one else has to go through this farce.
