Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I have looked into your order, and I can see that a paw print image was added to be engraved. There was no request on the order for the name Buddy to be engraved. Please reach out to customer service at hello@johngreed.com. One of our advisors can advise you on how to return the charm using our prepaid returns service. Once received, we can arrange for the name Buddy to be engraved for you
