Lovely how they will engrave so many letters for free. Good communication about delivery which matters when it is for a present. Delivery was prompt and as promised.

I can’t rate it because i haven’t had the order !!! That being Royal Mail problem not John greed. Rather annoying that it takes up to 21 days to solve !!! Even more annoying no updates to what is happening.

Turned out so much nicer than expected. But seems to scratch a lot easier than the others. Have only worn a couple times and the top of it charm has scratched loads

Brilliant product, well done! And service was spot on. Really satisfied with the purchase! The hand writing was small for 1 link, would be better on 2, but very well done!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I can see that you have been in touch with our customer service team, who have advised that we engraved the charm as per your order. We advised that engraving over two lines would reduce the size of the text. We offered to have you return the charm and re-engrave it, but you declined. Please continue to liaise with customer service if you decide to take up this offer. We are happy to help
Both the recipient and I were really impressed with the quality of this product - the engraving was excellent and exactly replicated the handwriting and little hand-drawn heart. It looks lovely; really good value and excellent service. I would highly recommend.
