Felt the tool was useless and a waste of money. Ended up with two safety pins which did the job much better.

Great tool but I think you should get one free with your face bracelet as it is difficult to get the charms on.

With no instructions, it was very hard to understand how to use this, after googling we found it better to not use it all and do it without. If you’re buying a product and you need this to, I feel that it should be part of the sale and not an additional fee.

Does the job but think should be provided with jewellery purchase. The charms are only manageable with the tool and I had spent 270 on the bracelet.
