Arrived 25minutes late after scheduled appointment. Dragged substandard work out over the course of the whole day. Very slow and ponderous at starting the job of replacing just 1 window could not complete job properly, removed old window. new window damaged and un-working continued with fitting of unworking and damaged window and when contacted very arrogantly told the customer ‘wouldn’t be worth it’ to come back and rectify problems until it was suitable for them but were very unreasonable and refused to offer any estimated date. Repeatedly told customer ‘they didn’t really know what they were doing’ because of the type of window. Very substandard work and very poor service. Avoidance of accountability to an astonishing level. I recommend to avoid this company at all costs.

Just had our windows and doors fitted and I can honestly say Nathan and Andy from Johnson and sons went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Extremely tidy and friendly and it made the whole experience a pleasant one. Thank you

Caring, Polite, informative, friendly and really respected my property inside and out. Always tidied up after themselves and explained what they would be doing and when. We had a problem with our BiFold doors.
when we got in touch with Johnson and sons we could not believe how quickly they came to see us and then ordered the part we needed and then came and repaired the doors so quickly and did a very good job.

Have had Johnson’s round for a number of jobs over the years, always professional and communicate well.
A special shout out to Nathan and Andy, who completed a complete window change/stud work and plaster board/fixed a wobbly banister, lovely blokes and outstanding work!
Highly recommend!

Both Nathan and Andy did a brilliant job. Couldn't fault them at all. Very friendly very professional.

Had all windows replaced at the beginning of June by Nathan and Denzil. Brilliant job I’m so pleased. The finish is first class. My house was also kept clean and tidy each day. Really nice lads who actually care about the end result.

Nathan and denzel have fitted me a brand new door today, excellent service. Done efficiently, safely and with such care. They are both friendly and I had no worries letting them into my home to carry out this work. So so pleased this company is who we chose and I recommend them highly.

Well two guys turned up Nathan and Denzel aka (Tom Cruise) 😎 they were absolutely amazing, so professional got on with the job straight away explained what they would be doing each day.
Not only do they take pride in what they are doing as skilled tradesman, they take care of your property and belongings leaving your home clean and tidy each day.

We had three windows replaced by Johnson and Sons Ltd and it was an excellent experience.
Two guys turned up, not only on the say for which it was arranged, but on time as well. They were courteous, polite, professional and very knowledgable being happy to explain what they were doing.
Within an hour the windows were replaced and opening a lot smoother than when they were new.
I couldn't recommend this company highly enough!!!!

I had new front and rear doors fitted by 2 amazing gentlemen Denzel and Nathan. Wanted to say what great a great job Nathan has done at my home. Really friendly and looks as though no job is to much for him. Everything was fitted really well and would trust in them for futures services.

Johnson and Sons changed out the windows on my house and front door. They were very professional and helpful throughout the process. The quality of work and finish was excellent. They were clean and tidy. The work was completed as agreed. Honest and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

Replaced the glass in our old window as it had gone. Measured up and fitted within a couple of weeks last year.
Arrived on time and fitted the window, now is condensation free.
Also had a double glazed door at our last property which was completed very well, cleaned up all the mess and we were very happy.
