I have had a wet room put in and the lady’s I felt with were so amazing and friendly easy to speak to explained everything with ease xx and Martin the man that came out and installed it was absolutely amazing he deserves a gold medal wat a bloke he did not stop bless him he went above and beyond doing everything to a high spec well done to you all a big thumbs up from me

My Grandma asked me to write this review. Adam was clean tidy and pleasant to have in the house. Such hard workers and a family run business, Emily and Lynda kept me informed throughout.
And now I have a super safe new bathroom that I love. Thank you.

Excellent job from Johnson Property Maintenance in converting our old bathroom into a luxury new shower room. The standard of work from Adam and Martin was of a very high class and they were always polite, friendly and careful to regularly check that we were happy with the way things were progressing. Linda and Emily were very easy to liaise with on planning and selecting materials and accessories. We are very happy with the result.

What a transformation! Dated, and well, broken bathroom, transformed into a modern wet room with disabled facilities. Martin completed an astonishing amount of work. From replacing rotten joists and floor boards, to installing new wash basin and toilet, electrical work, including extractor fan, electric shower, and new light fittings and finally decorating. All completed with a smile and a jovial manner. Tidy and efficient, really couldn't ask for more professionalism. The company as a whole were easy to deal with. With no problem insurmountable, it was a pleasure to let them just get on with things i.e. hiring of scaffolders, specialist electricians. I would whole heartedly recommend them for any relevant work that you may need!

Following an accident last year which resulted in back injuries and severe mobility problems affecting my ability to access my shower, my OT suggested investigating the possibility of converting my very small bathroom to a level access shower (wet) room. The council surveyor carried out an assessment and drew up a schedule of works which was sent to 2 firms for tender. Although both firms quoted almost identical figures I had no hesitation in selecting Johnsons Property Maintenance.

On their first visit Lynda and Emily Johnson spent one and half hours with me explaining exactly how the problems of working around the current plumbing system (which could not be altered) would be overcome by installing a fitted pumped waste system. They not only came with a portfolio of photographs showing similar installations they also had a video of a pump in operation. They were very reassuring to a person who had previously had no idea what everyone was talking about. Their attention to detail was second to none and I was kept informed at every stage. Their plumber, Martin, was superb. I was not able to move out while the work was being done so he had to work around me but Martin took it in his stride and was very kind and considerate. I now have a beautiful bathroom and am able shower without assistance.

Almost more importantly so far as I am concerned was the way I was treated. I could not have had better care if I had been a much loved mother/grandmother. I have no hesitation in recommending Johnsons Property Maintenance.
