You placed an order on Monday 22nd Feb at 14:11pm. Our website clearly states that ALL orders take two-three days to process.
"Shipping Days Vary. Please allow 2-3 working days (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) for your order to be processed.
**PLEASE ALLOW A COUPLE OF DAYS DELAY DUE TO THE PANDEMIC OR HOLIDAY SEASON** "
Your order was shipped yesterday on the 24th Feb 2021. We cannot control Royal Mail if there is a delay.

I buy my lashes from Joie Valore all the time. Ive bought ‘Hot girl’ , ‘Miami’, ‘10 Mil’, ‘Purdd’ & ‘Shiyaa’ so far and all of them are 10/10. The volume and the length will have you looking like a barbie. Also the packaging that the lashes come in is really pretty. Get your lashesss girls!

Amazing lashes, amazing quality. I got the style ‘Shyiaa’ and love how fluffy they are. The packaging is everything and I love how easy the glue is to apply😍.

The lashes are amazing quality, so fluffy and soft. Very lightweight, every time I wear them I get compliments, will definitely be purchasing some more.

The lashes are so amazing! So full and fluffy, and length is true to size. I was literally getting compliments from everyone and getting asked where I got them from! The packaging was so gorgeous as well I didn’t even throw it away. On top of that, customer service was excellent... would 100% recommend girlsss
