August is a must try!!

I have ordered REPEATEDLY from August! Their products are my absolute favorite "gardening" products out there. I almost wait daily for their emails to let me know what new items they get in. They ship so quickly and I've never had a wrong or missing items in an order. I highly recommend everyone taking a peak and ordering from them. You won't be sorry!!

One of the best in the biz!

I have both worked in this industry and in purchasing from vendors since 2019. August has definitely stood out as one of the best vendors I have dealt with in that time. Have been really happy with my orders, but when there have been any issues their customer service has been extremely prompt in getting back with me. Cory has been great to work with, and I'm proud to support this family run operation! Viva la August Club!

This is my go to company for flower.

This is my go to company for flower.
They have the strains that I am interested in.
I usually buy the Smalls.
Last purchase I bought Blueberry (my favorite strain).
Big, dense buds.
I am very pleased with the August company.
I stick to Indica, sometimes Hybrids for flower.
The best deals so far is the BOGO + a discount code = a great deal!
As long as they offer me these deals I will continue to purchase.
Also, you get some freebies with every order. I really appreciate the one gram flower samples. That allows me to try different strains. Which is a really smart business idea to give to customers.
Gummies, matches, and papers are also sent as freebies.
Humidity packets are also inside each ounce of flower I buy. Also a smart idea.
No other company that I have purchased from before includes humidity packets in their flower.
Shipping arrives to me in five days.
Tracking information is provided.
August will also send you emails saying your order has shipped and when your order is delivered.
I am very pleased with this company!

From my experience...

I placed an order with August and the items I received were delivered in a timely manner. Their packaging is A1 and their products are top tier. From appearance, smell, and taste you can tell they care. Their flower is high quality from my experience.

August really changed the way I looked at purchasing Hemp online, I’ve had 2 orders and I’ve been completely satisfied and will keep returning. Favorite is BOGO’s and I’m a sucker for free samples . Needless to say the products are A1

First and foremost, great flower. The customer service is excellent and a great value. Reasonable prices and shipping. Nobody else gives you more freebies. Most companies you can one or more of these but not all. Try them and you will soon feel like an August family member.

My honest opinion about my experience.

My honest opinion about my experience is that the product was satisfactory, and I truly appreciated the free gift. However, I was disappointed by the owner's lack of customer service skills when handling my order. I simply asked for an estimated delivery date because I needed someone available to pick it up.

Unfortunately, my order was canceled without any explanation until I reached out to him. He claimed the cancellation was due to a complaint I made about the shipping. In contrast, I am now working with another company that simplifies the process and provides me with an accurate delivery date right to my door. I am very pleased with my decision to switch.

I hope the owner improves his customer service skills, as he may lose more customers otherwise. I also requested that they close my account login, but they have not done that yet.
II want to start by thanking Janet for her response; I appreciate the effort and have read every word. However, I need to address a few concerns regarding my recent orders.

I noticed on your website that purchasing a certain amount qualifies me for a free upgrade to priority shipping. I did make that qualifying purchase, but since my first order was processed and my second order was canceled, I'm feeling confused about the shipping upgrade that should apply in this case.

This matter is important to me, and I believe it’s important to you as well. The representative I spoke with previously was different, and the email correspondence we shared did not pertain to the $1.99 charge. I also paid $4.99 for routing information, which I find acceptable.

I'm not trying to harm your business; rather, I'm here to bring these issues to your attention in hopes of facilitating improvements. I want to see your company succeed, as I am a committed customer who relies on this product for managing my PTSD and seizures. It is essential for my well-being.

Please remember that many customers, including myself, are not using this product for recreational purposes but rather as a necessary alternative to dispensaries. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you!

I'm sorry for the frustration. Looking at our previous communications with you it seems you expressed frustration over our delivery timelines. Our records indicate that we, (free of charge), had upgraded you to priority shipping (even though you purchased standard shipping) on your first order. We also got your order in the hands of USPS in just a few hours. It seems USPS may have had some delays on their end but with the upgraded shipping your order still arrived within the standard shipping window. Please understand that from our point of view we did all we could and your order did arrive within the estimated delivery timeline.

I see your second order was cancelled because you had left notes complaining about the frustrating shipping on the first order but had yet again purchased standard delivery which has a 5-8 business day delivery window displayed at checkout. I think there was some concern about your expectations and being able to meet them. I'm certain there was an opportunity for us to better communicate here.

Transparently, we upgrade a lot of first time customers to priority shipping on their first order because we want to ensure they get to try our products promptly. But our farms and processing facilities are centralized on the west coast. For east coast customers it can take 5-8 business days to reach the other coast with standard delivery. Unfortunately, we can't subsidize the cost of priority shipping on every order and we don't think it's fair to bake shipping fees into the cost of our products. We would prefer customer get priority shipping, this is why we only charge $1.99 to upgrade to priority. The $1.99 typically only covers a partial amount of the cost to upgrade to priority shipping (about 50% of the cost). But it helps us cover this cost, without raising our product prices and it also helps us understand what customers need their products right away and which customers are okay waiting the 5-8 business days displayed at checkout.

I hope this helps provide some transparency into things on our end. I do believe this situation could have been handled by our team. I see that your customer profile and account has been deleted from our Shopify records.
