I book Turkish hamam with them for 2 people for gold package for 35 euro each and they had silver package for 20 euro
when i made all payment and finished hamam they give service for silver package and informed us they don't have any type if this package
when i discussed with them online they said me just sorry and promise next time total 10 euro discount,as they know that we are not going to book again with them
so basically they do online scam

06-08-26 Buraya ailemizle gelmeyi planlamıştık. Ancak rezervasyonumuzu WhatsApp üzerinden iptal etmek istediğimiz anda son derece saygısız, kaba ve profesyonellikten uzak bir tavırla karşılaştık. Bu şekilde ancak kendi iş arkadaşlarınızla konuşabilirsiniz; müşterilerinizle asla. WhatsApp üzerinden bize gösterilen bu muamele, işletmenizin müşteriye verdiği değeri açıkça ortaya koyuyor. İyi ki buraya gelmemişiz. Bu kadar kabul edilemez ve amatörce bir yaklaşım gerçekten utanç verici. Bundan sonra bu işletmeye asla gelmeyeceğiz ve çevremizdeki herkese de kesinlikle burayı önermeyeceğiz. Müşterilerine bu şekilde davranan bir işletmeyi kimseye tavsiye etmiyoruz.

They seem friendly until you make a booking. We tried to cancel five days in advance, and their attitude changed completely. They became rude, kept contacting us from multiple WhatsApp numbers, and even messaged my spouse after we blocked them. Their messages were intimidating and highly unprofessional. I would never book with this company again.

We hadden de Alanya Buggy Safari geboekt als familie-uitstap, maar de organisatie viel zwaar tegen.
Vooral de terugrit was frustrerend. Bij het terugbrengen naar ons hotel stopte de ophaaldienst onderweg meerdere keren alsof het een gewone taxi was, om andere mensen af te zetten. Daardoor duurde de terugrit veel langer dan verwacht.
Na een excursie verwacht je dat je op een normale en efficiënte manier terug naar je hotel wordt gebracht, zeker wanneer de transfer inbegrepen is in de prijs. Voor 140 € vonden wij de organisatie ondermaats.
Wij zouden deze excursie niet opnieuw boeken en raden aan om vooraf goed na te vragen hoe de transfers georganiseerd worden.en zelf werden we dan ook nog als laatste afgezet 140 is niet wat er afgesproken was ze lappen dan ook nog 100 euro aan voor wat materiaal dat he nodig zou hebben en het drinken was er ter plaatsen ook heel duur 16 euro voor 4 drankjes trekt op geen niks

I highly recommend Sunny Side Travel. The pirate ship trip was wonderful, good food, very pleasant staff. We enjoyed it so much. We will definitely go for another trip next time

We booked 2 times through their website Join Excursions and we really had a very good experience. They are correct and everything went by plan. A lot of fun and pleasure! We really recommand them ! Much of love , greatings from Morocco

Wir haben die Land of Legends Night Show für den 12.07. gebucht und uns sehr auf den Abend gefreut. Für die An- und Abreise vom Hotel haben wir insgesamt 75 € bezahlt und sind bereits um 19:30 Uhr angekommen. Laut den Informationen sollte die Show von 22:00 bis 22:45 Uhr dauern. Deshalb haben wir uns schon um 21:00 Uhr einen Platz an der Bühne gesucht und eine Stunde auf den Beginn gewartet.
Die Show begann zwar um 22:00 Uhr, dauerte jedoch leider nur etwa 10–15 Minuten. Das entsprach überhaupt nicht den Angaben und auch nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Beschreibung und die Videos im Internet geweckt wurden. Wir hatten uns auf eine große Abendshow mit Musik, aufwendigen Kostümen, Lichteffekten und mehreren Programmpunkten gefreut.
Leider wurden wir im Vorfeld nicht darüber informiert, dass an diesem Sonntag nur eine stark verkürzte Show stattfinden würde. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir die lange Anreise und die hohen Kosten nicht auf uns genommen.
Besonders traurig war, dass unsere Kinder am Ende sogar geweint haben, weil sie sich so sehr auf die Show gefreut hatten und so enttäuscht wurden.
Wir finden, dass Besucher im Voraus darüber informiert werden sollten, wenn das Programm verkürzt ist. Wir hoffen, dass Sie diese Beschwerde ernst nehmen und uns eine Erklärung sowie eine angemessene Entschädigung für die entstandenen Kosten und die große Enttäuschung anbieten.

This adventure was one were never forget , picked up on time taken to destination to be met by pirate woth parrot, bon voyage away we go riding the waves, good vibes with good entertainment especially for the children, me and partner experienced extra boat ride under duden waterfalls, excellent . 10 out of 10.

We booked twice from them. One for Quad bike and one Antalya city tour, both experience has been great with them. Easy, helpful and fast response compared to others who take like hours or even days to reply to any query.
They are highly recommend for any booking.

We got a bus to our jeep that picked us up from hotel
When in the jeep the guys hosting were so much fun kept us entertained
Passing other jeeps and having a water fight as we was going to destinations
We stopped off at a Turkish cafe for toilet and drink and we got a Turkish pancake I go 3 for myself and 2 kids and only cost £10 the we set off and went to the canyon which was beautiful and the water was extremely clear and coldddd but it was like cold tubs that we use for recovery in uk
After that we set off to a hotel
Where lunch was provided and it was lovely but had to pay for drinks which were pricey but its fine you expect it
Then we went to the dim caves and again was stunning
I have no faults on the trip the guys driving all buses were fully informative and a good laugh would 100% use them again

Our trip to Cappadocia was simply amazing! It felt like we had stepped into a real fairy tale. Everything was organized at the highest level, and we absolutely loved every part of it.

The journey was very comfortable thanks to the modern bus with air conditioning and comfortable seats. Even the long drive was not tiring at all. Special thanks to the driver for his professionalism and safe driving.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. He knew a great deal about the history and attractions of the region, always answered our questions, and shared a lot of interesting information with us.

The entire program was perfectly planned and organized. We stayed in a wonderful and atmospheric hotel with delicious breakfasts and dinners. Every day brought new impressions and unforgettable experiences.

We had the most incredible family vacation in Antalya thanks to Sunny Side Travel. We booked the Quad Safari, Rafting, and a Boat Tour through them. From the very first moment, their communication was professional and trustworthy. The organization was seamless, the guides were fantastic, and everything exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a reliable tour agency in Turkey, this is the one. 100% recommended!

Would definitely NOT recommend this company. We travelling as a group 4 really wanted to go on The Green Canyon tour from Belek.
Booking was easy and a positive experience. We just wanted to do the Canyon tour and contacted to confirm it was just a boat trip which was confirmed. We were told our pickup time of 08.00. However at 23.30 we received a text from an unknown number to notify us the time had changed to 09.00 we did not see this text until we got up.
I contacted the company via WhatsApp to ask for confirmation that the time had changed and were told it hadn’t. We rushed breakfast to meet the transport at 08.00 and guess what, it didn’t turn up. At 09.00 it did turn up we were the 1st pickup the driver confirmed our booking and proceeded to pick up at other hotels. On arrival at the destination we found out it was a completely different excursion. Visiting a lion safari and a foam party which was certainly not suitable for our age group. Do not use this company pay a little extra and go on on your tour operators excursion

10/10 what a trip!!!! Prompt pick up and fantastic your my husband and daughter both loved their dive. Every dive is with at least one instruktor holding your hand. Superb. We will be back.
Super wycieczka, wszystkie zasady bezpieczeństwa zachowanie, conajmniej jeden instruktor przy Tobie trzymajacy za rękę, na prawdę super przeżycie polecam. Na pewno wrócimy.

We visited in August and just had the most amazing excursion. This was one of the most memorable trips and the excursion I think of the most!
The driver and tour guide were fabulous! Really engaging and brought everyone together, especially lone travellers, we had such fantastic conversations with members of our group which was facilitated by our tour guide.
The trip itself was fantastic we saw so much of rural life and took in the culture and scenery.
We are due back this August, so will probably rebook this trip among others again. It’s perfect for immersing yourself in the country, customs and culture.
Such a beautiful trip we would highly recommended!
