Neil Maclennan helped us to split our card machine fees down to a quarter of what they were. The onboarding process was very easy and Neil made the process much easier than past experiences. I would definitely recommend Stored as a Card Machine provider.

The application process is an absolute mess. We had a representative on site in Preston, Lancashire, in July 2025 to cover their card machine options. The rates seemed good so we submitted all required documentation on 23rd July, then an application form was sent to us on 4th August which we returned the same day. I have had a couple of calls from the representative saying that the Stored Admin centre have sent out a "confirmation" that we have been approved for an account. At first it was not clear where this was sent. Then on 06/10 it became clear that the email had been sent to the correct email address - still, nothing received vaguely related to Stored. In the meantime I have been added on Snapchat by the representative, which is extremely unprofessional. It makes you think, should you experience issues with Stored's card machines, or if anything goes wrong, would you ever be able to contact anyone at the company. A very disappointing process so far.

We are a social enterprise / non-profit organisation and have been using Stored for our café sales. The service has been fantastic and we have received support from Jade along the way - not only with our account setup, but also with ongoing advice and tips to help us grow our sales. Jade has also provided training for our team via Teams calls and help with integrating other platforms such as Clover. Our page is looking great and making lots of sales. As a self professed technophobe I must say that Stored is so easy to use. An easy to understand interface and expert help from the team whenever required make this company a joy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone struggling with shopify/eventbrite.

After battling with shopify and its unnecessarily complex system. I was recommended Stored. What a life saver!! I wrote an ebook some months ago and could not navigate shopify to set up a landing page, nor could I access any meaningful help. Within a week of meeting Jade (a complete angel and the patience of a saint), having a zoom consultation and deciding I wanted to go with them, I was up and running by the end of that very same day. Jade took me through the store set up, which I am sure anyone tech savvy could do without assistance. It was fantastic that I could speak to someone who literally lead me by the hand. So refreshing to have such service from a company when everything these day seem to be chatbot assisted. Jade was a the end of the phone/or message, and by the end of the day I was able to use the stored set up with no help. Very accessible and adaptable to payment methods social’s, and the customer service a definite benchmark for others. Highly, highly recommend the company and as for Jade, worth her weight (and mine) in gold. Cant thank her enough. Please do not hesitate to check stored out or have a zoom call at the very least 😊

We needed a way to create custom landing pages for our Mochara All Star contestants to showcase their riding outfits, but doing it on Shopify wasn't practical due to time and resource contraints. Stored was the perfect solution! It allowed us to set up multiple branded storefronts for our affiliates that matched our website perfectly. The setup was super quick and easy, and our affiliates loved having their own personalised storefronts to share with their followers. It worked seamlessly and solved a big problem for us. We'll definitely be using Stored again!

I run a small restaurant and we're always looking for ways to add new revenue streams to help keep our business going. To that end, this year I'd started hosting events, selling some branded merchandise and selling gift cards. I had been doing this all pretty much manually - i.e. taking bank transfers and using excel for event tickets; selling physical gift cards (and posting them if people asked); and selling merch in store. It quickly became a real bother though as it was so much extra effort on top of my already busy schedule.
To help simplify things a bit, I started looking at various web platforms that would ease the burden on me. Not only was I faced with so many options, but most of the platforms seemed like complete overkill. I didn't need a fully fledged ecommerce store to sell a few t-shirts a month! Nor did I need a ticketing platform taking 10% of each ticket sale. All I needed was a means to create a simple web page for my products through which I could take a payment.
Luckily, a friend made me aware of Stored - and it was exactly what I needed! A straightforward and easy to use solution that lets me sell event tickets, gift cards and my merchandise all in one place. It handles all communication with the customer - order emails, fulfillment, refunds, etc and even has a mobile app in which I scan and verify tickets and gift cards.
It's the perfect solution for my needs and I think most hospitality merchants could benefit from it!
