Ram was calm, professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout. He was generous enough to see me urgently ahead of an upcoming race. The scan and diagnosis were thorough and professional, followed by the injection treatment. Ram kept me for a short period of supervision post-injection before giving me some clear guidance on post-injection. Really excellent and professional service, I am very impressed.

I’m extremely impressed with the care I received from Ramakrishna Rachaputi at Joint Care Clinics in Rugby.
The ultrasound scan I had was incredibly thorough and picked up considerably more than a previous scan I had elsewhere around three months earlier. Looking back, I wish I had come here in the first place, as I could potentially have had the diagnosis and steroid injection during the same consultation rather than having to go through further appointments.
What really stood out was how comprehensive the assessment was. It wasn’t simply a case of looking at the area where I said I had pain. My posture, mobility, range of movement and pain levels were all assessed in detail, and other areas were also considered to see how they might be contributing to my symptoms. This was considerably more thorough than my previous NHS pain clinic assessment.
The ultrasound itself was painless, and I was amazed by the difference after the injection. I don't know whether I'm simply a fast responder, but the very first night afterwards was the first night in six months that I had been able to sleep without shoulder pain. That was a huge improvement for me. Life chganging.
Ramakrishna was extremely knowledgeable, professional and approachable. He was happy to answer all of my questions, including questions that weren't necessarily directly related to the specific injury, and I never felt rushed.
The clinic in Rugby itself was modern, clean and welcoming, and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived.
Overall, I am very impressed with the thoroughness of the assessment, the quality of the ultrasound examination and the treatment I received. I will definitely be seeing Ramakrishna Rachaputi again and would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone dealing with persistent musculoskeletal pain.

I recently attended the Newcastle clinic regarding an ongoing problem with my left hip. From the initial assessment through to the ultrasound examination and subsequent treatment, the entire experience was first class.

What impressed me most was the thoroughness of the assessment. Ram took the time to properly examine the hip using diagnostic ultrasound and clearly explain what he was seeing, what was happening within the joint and the treatment options available to me. I never felt rushed. Everything was explained clearly and professionally, which gave me complete confidence in moving forward with the treatment.

I subsequently received ultrasound-guided corticosteroid and hyaluronic acid injections into my hip. The use of real-time ultrasound guidance was particularly reassuring. Being able to see the procedure being carried out and knowing the injection was being precisely directed into the required area gave me a great deal of confidence.
Ram's knowledge, professionalism and technical ability were outstanding. He has an exceptionally calm and reassuring manner and talked me through each stage of the procedure. The injections were carried out carefully, efficiently and with a level of precision which immediately demonstrated his experience.

For me, one of the biggest strengths of Joint Care Clinics is the complete service they provide. You are assessed, scanned, given a clear explanation of the findings and, where clinically appropriate, treated using ultrasound guidance. I am highly active and take my training and physical condition seriously, so receiving an accurate assessment and understanding exactly what was happening with my hip was extremely important to me. I came away from the appointment far better informed about the condition of my joint and with a much clearer understanding of how I should manage it moving forward.

I required an ultrasound for a damaged shoulder.
Saw me far quicker than even going to the private hospital I was under and on a Sunday.
In fact, as I was self funding, the cost was significantly lower than I had been quoted and I was able to have both shoulders scanned for less than one at my hospital.
Results were with me in 2 days and showed issues in both shoulders.

The staff at the Joint Care clinic were professional and approachable. Mr Ram answered all my questions and I discussed the arthrosamid injection with him. I am going to proceed with this hopefully in August I needed time to consider it as it is very expensive.

Ram is amazing.
I first saw him with a rotator cuff tear one year ago. Following the treatment and recommended rest, I felt wonderful and it worked so well.
More recently it has returned and yesterday his diagnosis revealed the osteoarthritis in my shoulder has become very bad indeed and the tear remains. Ram has successfully treated me again and at last I’m comfortably for the first time in weeks.
I can highly recommend this clinic. It is smart, super efficient, friendly and extremely professional. Overall, it is a calming and relaxing clinic with the best facilities and attention to detail you could want.

I recently met Ram when having problems with my ankle after a severe break a few years ago. The waiting time on the NHS was ridiculous so I found Ram online. I was given a quick date for a consultation. When I met Ram he was so nice and friendly, honestly, what a lovely man.
