First time set-up of meds and collecting $999.00 was relatively simple, I paid for a year worth of medication. When I went to get my first refill, I was told that I was required to pay an additional $99 a month as I requested a higher dose. I responded to email that I had not requested higher dose and wanted what I had already paid for. No response, I called customer service, they stated that they would review my request, No response. I completed a customer service request, explained the situation - No response. I then completed another customer service request - No response. My communication have been over about a months time, but still no response.

I bought on Groupon and I bought the 10 mg they sent me the 2.5 mg and then there is only one and a half shots in the bottle they totally ripped me off I talked to several people one mainly his name was Luke I have not even heard back from them about getting my money back or making it right with me so if I was you if you look at the reviews there's a couple other people that said that they're bottle when they got it wasn't the right amount in the bottle so if I was you take your chances you're going to get ripped off I bought the $499 Groupon I didn't pay that much but that's what my Groupon was worth so I paid for a Groupon and got one and a half shots It didn't do anything I'm so pissed so I paid $150 to get 1/2 shots that were 2.5 when I told them I was on 10 mg so please don't do it

I’ve had a positive experience with WeightCare so far. The process was simple, the team has been responsive, and I’ve already started seeing changes in my appetite and weight.
I appreciate their willingness to work with me to find a more affordable option. Customer service has been helpful and understanding.

Weight are the way to go because the friendly staff and how quickly they set you up with the doctor and of course it only takes maybe 5 to 7 day to get you medicine. I've lost a total of 50 pound still need to lose fifty more.

I started with Weightcare in January 20 25 and I renew my subscription paying the 1350 for the three months coverage 3times. This last prescriptionI had which was from August to October. The product came from Texas and it did nothing. I actually gain weight with this formula. It didn’t help curb my appetite and my weight remain the same for the three months that I have been on the product. I called I feel like I was taking advantage of and no one from the company ever try to help me which is very frustrating. And then try to get on their Weightcare one app that was a nightmare from hell and again nobody helps but I did pay my 1350. I feel they owe me that back or a portion of it.

WeightCare has been such an amazing tool along my nutrition and fitness journey. While I was already locking into changes with my nutrition and physical acitivity, the support from WeightCare has truly propelled my results. Andrew, my Member Success Advocate, has also been such a light on this journey. Our monthly calls have been super encouraging, and he has been so supportive of me and my journey. I'm excited to continue with WeightCare and to continue to take advantage of some of the other resources like their nutritional support.

I was able to lose 75% of the weight I wanted to lose. I was very pleased with the results. I went from 202 to 177 in 16 weeks.

I had high hopes for this company. Yes I received the medication and yes I’ve been losing weight. They claim you can talk to the doctor monthly for check ins, but when you try to communicate with them, they transfer your messages to customer service NOT the doctor they claim you get to work with. Not to mention the first doctor I had with them was a complete joke, they got me with a different one and she was better, but holy shit how hard is it to talk to them? They want another $800 for me to speak to the doctor, when I didn’t even get my monthly check ins the first 3 months! This is medication and needs supervision while taking it. Why offer something if you’re not gunna actually provide it? I would find somewhere else that cares about your wellbeing, not just cash. Unless you only want medication and no guidance whatsoever then this is the perfect place to get it.

I have been on weighcare for a year now. My biggest issue is their website. When I go to try and send a message to my doctor I have to call them instead. My last shipment was very late and I was completely out of the medication. When I took it after being off for a month I was very nauseous.

I started out at 191 lb. I am 152 now. The first month was the best because I lost 12 lb. I've been slowly taking it off since then. It helps to curb my appetite, so I can lose weight. I'm glad I started this journey.

This service is easy to use and fairly inexpensive compared to many of the other services. The questionnaires are pretty straightforward. The website isn't very user friendly though and could give more information on the options, like the GLP-1 lite plan which they only offer when you consider cancelling. The communication also leaves more to be desired, like when your medication supplier changes so your delivery takes longer. The doctor also has a very generic response and doesn't seem to read the comments. Overall though, if you can manage yourself and don't want to have to do a video call, it's great.

I've been with Weightcare for nearly a year. They've been great until about 4 mos ago, when they switched Pharmacies.
The original pharmacy was out of Hollywood FL. I used to get the meds shipped overnight or 2-day and packed with large ice packs and always got the meds still very cold, preserving the medications useful life.
Now there is no ice or even cool packs. I paid $499 for this latest shipment, inspiring this post, on June2. It was sent out from Houston on Thursday, June 5, and I just received it 4 days later on June 9. No packing of any kind. The meds were warm to the touch. No surprise since it was 95 in Houston and 100 at my home.
They've said meds are good for 21 days after they warm up. Well, based on that my last dose will be ineffective/expired.
I gave 2 stars because they had been great. Sadly, not any more. Im done.
I've lost confidence in these guys. Switching.

Up until recently, I had now issues but April they only sent me half the amount they promised it took two weeks to get it corrected. Then for May I was Charged on May 3 for the order and as of June 5 I have not received delivery or even shipping notification. This is distressing

Weighcare has made me feel like myself again. So easy to start and everyone was so helpful. Such a great experience that I came back again for another round!
I’ve been doing the auto renewal 3 month plan for about a year no issues. My last refill was approved on 5/6/2025 and that cost me $750. It’s currently 5/30/2025 and I have no medication, missed 3 doses, I leave town for two weeks in 2 days so I will miss a total of 5 doses. After sending one email a week with their standard bot response I finally got a real response on 5/26 saying they’d look into it. Never heard back so today 5/30 I called the number on their site. When I finally get someone, they tell me they just can’t get ahold of the pharmacy. WHAT!? Reading these reviews this is clearly a company wide issue and the company’s comments about a shortage is bullshit. My doctor said there’s no shortage at this time and it would take months for us to see one from the trade standpoint. My co worker has no issue getting hers from another company. I liked Weightcare, but the decline was abrupt and now me and what looks like hundreds are left to dispute it with the bank and find a new provider.
