I bought this in order to have a little fun and prank the people to whom I offered the cards (with the extra trap envelopes)... I was expecting the pranked people to be covered by glitters and annoyed during a long time by the noise... What a surprise to see that the glitters can be avoided by slowly open the envelope... And that the unstoppable sound can be easily stopped... 61.45€ lost.... Thanks jokergreeting !

Ordered a card to be sent to a friend. She never got it.
Also had ordered one to be delivered to me. That one also never arrived.
They over charge to ship through usps but then never deliver.

I sent one of these cards to my girlfriend for her birthday the music didn't work and the glitter was just falling out everywhere. Very cheap don't buy

Delightful company to deal with, the team were very friendly and pleasant to correspond with no delays replying to any questions I had, I would not hesitate to use this excellent company again and would heartily recommend to anyone.

I paid for expedited shipping, which was supposed to be 2-4 days...even if we are talking business days, it will still be 2-3 days late. Therefore a waste of the extra money I paid for faster shipping. The items will not arrive in time and will not any longer be useful. There seems to be no sign of customer service anywhere...no one even responds when you reach out. I will do my best to advise anyone I know not to order from this company. Absolute scam.

Ordered at the beginning of December for Christmas, received on January 10. Customer service didn't help and took us for idiots by telling us that the delivery people don't work on weekends. Your delivery estimate announced an arrival before Christmas, this does not take into account weekends either?

Result I have 3 Christmas cards received on January 10, and which have an indicated lifespan of 12 months so very probably unusable for next Christmas, it's pathetic.

Never received it.
I order some cards the 28th september and still haven't received it (12/16/24). Hoping to have it before Christmas. What a joke...

Package got lost (from US to DE) by UPS. Quick response by the support, made sure my address was correct (even through Google Street View) and then confirmed there's nothing we can do. Got a full refund within 24hrs of first contact and a hint to their NL partner shop so I can get similar items in time for Christmas. Unfortunate situation, but 5/5 customer service.

Jeg blev faktisk lidt bange fordi jeg købte nogle produkter inde på hjemmesiden før jeg kiggede på trustpilot, hvor der kun var dårlige anmeldelser. Jeg synes faktisk produkterne er rigtige gode og levering kom som den lovede. Kvitteringen kom inde på spam, så der skal man lige huske at checke. Jeg ville klart anbefale de her produkter, fordi det gør det lidt sjovere end et kedeligt kort. Dog koster fragten ret meget, men man kan ik få lignende produkter i Danmark desværre. 5 stjerner!

Dårlig service de kan ikke finde ud sf at sende det til danmark uden man får mærklige beskeder om man skal udfylde dokumenter så ligner spam, køb ikkr noget der fra det er en amartør butik

Il me faut les payer pour les recevoir. Il est regrettable de devoir plonger dans le lien des conditions générales de vente pour découvrir que ces frais sont à votre charge.

Die erste Bestellung hat einwandfrei funktioniert und ist relativ schnell angekommen. Die zweite Bestellung habe ich nie erhalten. Nach Kontaktaufnahme, dass jokergreeting eine Verlustmeldung bei DHL aufgeben soll, habe ich nie mehr was gehört. Keine Chance um mit dem Clientsupport Kontakt aufzunehmen. :-(

The first order arrived quickly. The second order I never received. After contacting jokergreeting to file a loss report with DHL, I never heard back. No chance to contact client support. :-(
