Really poor to deal with I have tried 3 times to contact this company with still no reply. I have sent the item back and still awaiting a refund.. very poor customer service, will not be purchasing from them again.

However please can you check you have the correct company?
We have no record of you on our recent orders nor do we have any correspondence from you requesting our returns procedure.
You would have needed to make contact with us to receive instructions on how and where to return your unwanted order to, this is why I feel you have the wrong company.
Therefore please could you provide us with your order details and we would certainly look into this for you.
If you have left your review for the wrong company I would respectfully ask that you amend this.

Absolutely love Jolee jewellery! I have brought many bracelets from them and every time they are perfect with super fast delivery. I recently purchased a bracelet but wanted to change it slightly and the customer service from Claire was amazing and the bracelet is exactly what I wanted! Couldn’t recommend enough :)

I have ordered several times from this company. The jewellery is beautiful and lasts, delivered quickly, are kept updated until your order arrives. If there are any issues the company keep in contact. First class customer service from them. Highly recommend!

Repair Service Excellence
I used the repair service this time and the customer service is exceptional!! The bracelets I had mended were not originally from Jolee and now I get to wear them again alongside my Jolee ones!! Very happy!!
